Enjoy swimming, fishing, and boating from our private beach and dock or sit on the screened porch and watch the loons. The house is surrounded by blueberry bushes which are usually ready for picking in August. Property comes with Old Town canoe and row boat. Screened porch, overlooking the lake, has additional eating area.
Relax in front of a fire in the fieldstone fireplace after a day of hiking or skiing. We are a 20-minute car ride to Sunday River skiway and a 10 minute ride to Mt Abrams ski way. Nearby Bethel offers shopping, restaurants, golf, and the Big Adventure Center with waterslide and other activities. Additional photos available upon request.
