New furniture and amenities that include televisions with VCR/DVDs and cable connections, washer, dryer, linens, barbecue, and patio furniture. Reverse osmosis system for improved drinking water plus a water softener. Owner pays utilities. No Smoking.

This beautiful, Arizona desert home is located in the resort-style, gated community of Solera in Chandler, Arizona. Built by Del Webb, this active adult community includes two community pools, tennis and shuffleboard courts, full health clubs, billiard room, computer room, arts and craft room, and discount golfing prices at the Lone Tree Golf Club located nearby. The Lone Tree Golf Course is a par 71 18-hole championship course that intertwines through the community.
