Our luxury villa is located in West Stonebridge, a brand-new, prestigious development of luxury executive villas. Just 15 minutes drive from Disney, it is ideally placed for all the Orlando area attractions. West Stonebridge is situated just off US 27 two miles from I-4, providing easy access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches (one-and-one-half hours) and the Kennedy Space Centre/Atlantic coast (one hour).
Our villa has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, sleeping up to ten people plus baby/toddler. At the rear of the villa is a large, fully screened, private, swimming pool with spa/jacuzzi.
Our spacious, executive villa has one huge master bedroom, one guest room both are en suite, and both are equipped with queen-sized beds. There are also two twin bedrooms sharing the third bathroom, all rooms are tastefully decorated throughout. There is a large, open-plan, family room with cable TV, DVD, and hi-fi system, a fully-equipped luxury kitchen with adjoining breakfast/dining nook, and a separate dining room. The villa is fully air conditioned.
We have a Games Room which is equipped with a full size, slate bed, Pool Table, a Foosball Table and a Mini Basket Ball Game, plenty to keep all the family entertained.
There is also a utility room equipped with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, etc. leading to a large, double garage. The villa is equipped with a cot and high chair for your use if required. The telephone is free for local calls but for international or long distance calls a phone card will be required, easily obtainable from nearby supermarkets.
The pool area has an extended sun deck with plenty of patio furniture perfect for relaxing in the sun, to eat al fresco, or simply to while away the evening enjoying a cold glass of wine. To prevent babies or small children accessing the pool area unsupervised all doors to that area have audible alarms.
We would like to share our lovely villa with you, which we have made our home from home with the added luxury of being close to Orlando's attractions yet located in peaceful surroundings with the bonus of the gorgeous Florida weather. Once you have stayed in our villa you will never want to stay in hotels again.
Please note: Sorry, but no pets allowed and no smoking. This luxurious home is professionally maintained and fully licensed.

Year Purchased: 2006
My wife and I have both retired from full time work. I now have a part time job in a local school and my wife is a volunteer worker with the the RSPCA and a local Animal Rescue Centre. We have three children who are all still in full time education. We love Florida and try to get out as often as we can, although still not often enough.
Why the Owner Chose West Stonebridge
Having spent many holidays in Florida since 1985, staying in both Hotels and rented Villa's. We decided in 2005 to take the plunge and buy a place of our own. We visited many communities and found we did not like the large sprawling estates so opted for West Stonebridge which has only seventy six villas, making it small, quiet and friendly. It is situated just off US 27 and is only a couple of minutes from Interstate 4 making it easy to access all of Florida.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
When on holiday we love to visit Disney, Universal and Sea World as well as some of the less well known attractions such as Air Boat rides, nature walks in the many parks and reserves and of course the many and varied oppurtunies to eat. Our current favourite is Many's Original Chop House, Haines City, just twenty minutes drive from the villa. Our Pool is large enough for the family to enjoy a swim or just play around, whilst the Spa is ideal to relax in.
I have recently acquired a full size, slate bed, Pool Table for the Games Room and enjoy nothing better than some quiet games in the evening to unwind.
