Our luxury villa is located in West Stonebridge, a brand-new, prestigious development of luxury executive villas. Just 15 minutes drive from Disney, it is ideally placed for all the Orlando area attractions. West Stonebridge is situated just off US 27 two miles from I-4, providing easy access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches (one-and-one-half hours) and the Kennedy Space Centre/Atlantic coast (one hour).
Our villa has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, sleeping up to ten people plus baby/toddler. At the rear of the villa is a large, fully screened, private, swimming pool with spa/jacuzzi.
Our spacious, executive villa has one huge master bedroom, one guest room both are en suite, and both are equipped with queen-sized beds. There are also two twin bedrooms sharing the third bathroom, all rooms are tastefully decorated throughout. There is a large, open-plan, family room with cable TV, DVD, and hi-fi system, a fully-equipped luxury kitchen with adjoining breakfast/dining nook, and a separate dining room. The villa is fully air conditioned.
There is also a utility room equipped with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, etc. leading to a large, double garage. The villa is equipped with a cot and high chair for your use if required. The telephone is free for local calls but for international or long distance calls a phone card will be required.
The pool area has an extended sun deck with plenty of patio furniture perfect for relaxing in the sun, to eat al fresco, or simply to while away the evening enjoying a cold glass of wine. To prevent babies or small children accessing the pool area unsupervised all doors to that area have audible alarms.
We would like to share our lovely villa with you, which we have made our home from home with the added luxury of being close to Orlando's attractions yet located in peaceful surroundings with the bonus of the gorgeous Florida weather. Once you have stayed in our villa you will never want to stay in hotels again.
Please note: Sorry, but no pets allowed and no smoking. This luxurious home is professionally maintained and fully licensed.
