We could not have made a better choice than Ocean View Paradise for our vacation in Rincon for our family of 9 - 6 adults and 3 children. Our accommodation consisted of 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a 'back room' with its own TV for the children. All of the conveniences promised in the ad were available. Dianna and Gino were most hospitable as we're our neighbours, Cookie and Jim, who are multiple-return guests. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the happy hour at the Studio and at the same time all the privacy we wanted. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance and others a short car ride away. In all there are 3 buildings on the property, providing up to 6 units; our unit consisted of 2 units combined into one. We visited two of the other units and found them to be as well presented as ours. We would have no hesitation to recommend Ocean View Paradise to those vacationing in Rincon and would be most happy to return there ourselves. Thanks, Dianna and Gino for a great holiday. Fabulous Vacation Destination.....

This is a truly well planned property with the feel of a resort, yet small and intimate-a good choice whether you are traveling with a partner, friends or family with children. It is located a very short walk to a beautiful beach & several restaurants/bars. Our apartment was fully/tastefully furnished, very clean and nicely equipped with everything we could possibly need including beach towels!..The property was very well maintained and exceeded our expectations. Our hosts, Dianna and Gino were very knowledgable of the area, friendly and want their guests to enjoy Rincon! Our apt. had a lovely private varanda but there were also several common areas including the large open pavillion, patio area,beautiful waterfalls and a private bar area all surrounded by lush tropical gardens. There are a lot of beautiful beaches, restaurants/bars, night life, sightseeing and shopping within a short drive. We recommend you rent a car. We loved the Rincon area..it has the Tropical Island feel with a splash of the "Surfer" spice... The photographs of this property do not do it justice. We will be planning out next trip to Ocean View Paradise soon and will highly recommend it to our friends.

This was our second time staying on this property and again it was everything we could have asked for! We had 20 people in our group and we stayed in both homes on the property! Everyone had their own space and was able to enjoy their trip! The owners are so gracious and made everyone feel so welcome! We can't wait to book our trip for next year!

Ocean View, Rincon, and Dianna and Gino made for the most perfect family Christmas trip ever! The house and pool are lovely and the nearby restaurants are fabulous. We walked to dinner every night that we didn't cook in. (just HAD to return to Ode to the Elephants a second time!). Rooftop lounges over Tamboo (just down the hill from Ocean View) afford spectacular views of the surfing scene and just about the best cell coverage available. We have tried a number of other Caribbean locations for Christmas (Mexico, Tortola, etc.) but Puerto Rico has much more to offer: great beaches, Eco-adventures, waterfalls...surfing! The owners were attentive and accessible but we truly felt the place was "ours" for the week. We will definitely be back!!!!

We were completely taken back to find such a beautiful place to vacation. The site has all you could ask for and more. I must say though, the roads are a little scarey, tiny, but you'll get over that-just drive like the locals do!!hehhe Gino and Dianna keep this place gorgeous. A surfing contest was being held during our stay, so we watched surfers doing their thing. Also visited local bars/lighthouse/pig roast and the Dome. The English Rose is a great place for Sunday breakfast, with beautiful views. If you want a tremendous place to visit with comfort contact Ocean View Paradise. You will totally enjoy! Thanks, Gino and Dianna. I still want those bongos.

This was far better then I thought, and now one of my favorite vacations. There are so many positives about this place and the island that I am hoping not to leave anything out. I will start with the property....IMPECCABLE. The landscape, views and waterfalls are of unspeakable beauty with only to visit would be able to see what I mean. Need to relax lay in a hammock and just listen to the ocean, its there. Walk to beach or a bar only a stones throw away. There also is a common area and a bar on site "Lights Out Bar" and when Gino is available he opens it for his guest, drink prices are cheep and a good place to get knowledge about the island since Gino knows all the local and great places to see. Our rental apartment was beautiful and all amenities of home. Every apt has there own grill and a spare one in the common area. There were plenty of towels including beach towels and a laundry room with detergent provided if needed. They have chairs to use for the beach as well as boogie boards, and snorkeling equipment they even have a pool table. If you luck out and have Gino and Dianna there they are more then happy to direct you to places and if your really lucky and they have time you might even get to enjoy a day out with them. He took us to La Parguara (aprox 1 1/2 hours from Gino's) where we went on a 3 hour motor boat ride in a rental. It looks like La Parguara is a happening place at night but would recommend to stay there. There is also a night time glass bottom boat ride there where the water glows when the microorganisms in it are agitated. There is Yolandoa's Bar and Grill and they have rooms with private bath to rent I think cost was around 70 a night. The island has a lot to offer Gino took us to local bars where everyone knew him. Loved going to the gas station bar where they had everything from gas, shampoo, fruit to slot machine .There was never a problem when we went into any of the local places mostly English speaking or just a local who has a friendly smile and knows that you are looking for a cold beer. A lot of people from the lower US states work for season or just decided to move to PR and start their own bar/restaurant. I got addicted to one place and had to go there four times for the homemade 5 cheese mac and cheese with pieces of pork in....delicious..So a must go is "Lucky 13 BBQ" that is located across the street from Edwards Supermarket. Truely is Paradise!!!!!

My husband and I stayed here back in 12/2010 and loved it so much that we came back for more. Pictures do not do this property or Rincon justice, need to see it for yourself to believe it. Beaitiful location and property, plenty of areas to relax in the sun or have fun in the pool. Rooms are clean, roomy and U really need nothing but a carry on bag. Nice landscape and hugh waterfall to view as you relax in several hammocks located around the property. House is setup for a larger group or just a couple, we've done both and it was very accommodating either way. Walking distance to beach and several bars/resturants or short drive to several others (had a great time at all). Since our 1st visit they have added additional rentals and a beautiful area for a getaway wedding or to have a party. Gino and Dianna are a great couple and make sure your stay is everything you are looking for and made us feel at home. Look forward to our next visit.

Outstanding in Every Regard

Pictures truly do not do this place justice. Although there are several bed/bath options to choose from - my family stayed in the 3 bedroom unit on the 2nd floor - there are also many beautiful common areas to lounge and relax in. The lower pavilion common area has a huge waterfall (!), lots of hammocks and other comfy seating to nap in. There is a game room with a pool table that kept my nephews happily occupied when the sun went down, and boogie boards for them to take to the beach during the day. You truly are steps from the ocean (unlike other places that claim to be, this one really is) and easily manageable walking distance to restaurants and shops. Tamboo Tavern is right across the street - awesome food & mojitoes - and there's a great little beach shop called Mango where you can rent snorkel gear & surfboards. Our place had a pool, jacuzzi and wrap-around deck. It is perfectly configured for outdoor living - you can always find sun or shade when you want it. We spent most of our time on the deck, watching the waves come in. The kitchen was well-stocked. Last but not least, Dianna and Gino are the absolute best hosts. They are well-informed about the area, helpful and super nice to boot.

We feel like we were lucky to have found this house in Rincon. The house sits on a hill overlooking the ocean which is more beautiful than the pictures can show. This particular house is probably one of the most beautiful, perfectly located house in Rincon. The beach is a 5 minute walk by foot. We were a party of nine people, all nine of us fell in love with this house. the house is roomy, clean, well maintained, has more than enough towels, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. The area Rincon is absolutley beautiful and quiet, but there is enough action with in walking distance to keep you entertained with resturaunts , bars,and little shops. We took a day to check out the city, san juan...which was nice but made us appreciate the quietness of Rincon even more. We will be back to puerto Rico someday, and its going to be at this house in Rincon. Thanks Dianna and Gino we had a fabulous time.....Randy & Amy

We just got back from a week vacation at this wonderful house. We rented the whole second floor (3 bedrooms) and it was perfect. We were two couples with two young children. The pool, the view, everything was excellent! The house has everything you could possibly need, we cooked (all meals) everyday and were never in need of anything. Dianna and her husband were not there at the time but everything worked out smoothly and any questions I had she answered right away. We did meet people in town and once they found out where we were staying they did not have enough nice things to say about them. You truly feel at home while you stay here. We had friends from PR visiting us and they ended up renting the first floor (2 bedrooms). You seriously do not want to leave! Dianna Thank You for a wonderful time and we hope to do it again next year.

I loved this place and I loved Rincon. I celebrated my birthday here with friends in May 2011. I enjoyed every minute. The house is gorgeous. It’s open and inviting. The grounds are immaculate. When we weren’t swimming in the ocean, we spent hours in the pool, relaxing, drinking, eating and laughing. The layout of the house is great for a group, but still allows for all the privacy that you could want. The house is conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. It also is right next to the Tamboo bar and grill (and some other great restaurants). We spent many nights there dancing and meeting locals and other visitors. The owners of the house were very friendly and easy going. They also offer their house at a very reasonable rate. I really can’t say enough positive things about my visit. I will be back. Thanks Dianna and Gino!!!

I just spent a long weekend at this AMAZING house with 9 of my best girlfriends to celebrate one of our closest friends upcoming wedding. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The house is gorgeous and luxurious, yet cozy at the same time. We immediately felt at home and the house is set up perfectly for big groups (we rented the first and second floor). We had enough space to spread out, so everyone could do their own thing, and no one was ever cramped or crowded together. The pool was gorgeous and used frequently.There are grills and seating areas all over the property, hammocks for afternoon naps,and beautiful tropical flowers everywhere you turn. There were beach chairs, playing cards, books, board games, towels-anything you might want or need was already there. The kitchens were also well stocked with everything from utensils, to pots and pans, wine openers, coffee filters, etc. It made it very easy for us to just sit back, relax, and enjoy our time together. Last but not least, the location was great! We were in walking distance to all the best bars, restaurants, and beaches. A great time was had by all and I know a lot of that was because of our wonderful beach house. Thanks so much to the owners, Gino and Dianna for making it all possible!!!

This was our first visit to Rincon, PR and we were pleased to see that our accommodations were everything we expected and more. The property is wonderfully manicured with views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The pool & hammocks were very relaxing. We shared the 2nd floor with 1 other couple and a single. The accommodations allowed us our privacy yet allowed us to share the common areas without tripping over each other. There was plenty of room. We had the priviledge of spending time with Gino & Dianna, the owners, and have to say that their hospitality is priceless. Many wonderful evenings were spent enjoying the night air while having drinks on the lower level by the waterfall. We would recommend this location to anyone looking for a vacation away from the hustle & bustle of your everyday lives. There is plenty to do or you can do nothing at all. The beach was great for finding sea glass and the sunshine & warmth were very welcome. There are plenty of locations within walking distance to enjoy the local spirits. A short drive away are many wonderful locations where one can get a meal for very reasonable prices and enjoy more breathtaking views of the water. Overall, this was one of our favorite vacations. We have traveled to several islands and this western side of PR is one not to be missed. Thanks for a wonder time.

We have been guests of Gino and Dianna Caruso repeatedly for a number of years. You won't find a place that is more comfortable and well kept. The owners strive to keep their property as pristine as possible.While semi-secluded there is a lot do. All within walking distance of beaches, beach bars, great dining and surfing. Rent a car because you will need it to experience the rest of Rincon and beyond. If you are lucky enough to meet Gino and Dianna as they winter over in PR, you will make great new friends.

This is truly an "Ocean View Paradise" and was such a perfect place for us to stay. I cannot say how much we enjoyed the beauty and the comfort! We rented the whole second floor which gave all us room to spread out and relax. The patio was used like crazy on those hot afternoons, just relaxing and reading in the shade. We had dinners "in" a few evenings with some extra guests and had plenty of room. (The kitchen had everything we could possibly need!) The pictures don't do this place justice. MUST SEE!!! We will be back!

This beautiful home exceeded our expectations. The view and location was spectacular. Property was clean, the owners awesome, and we would highly recommend. The location is close (walking) to great restaurants/bars/beach - while dinner on the patio over looking the pool/ocean was as good as it gets!

My husband & 2 family members stayed in 2 bedroom unit in this house and had a wonderful time. The owner happened to be there during our stay and helped us with suggestions for restaurants and place to see. She was very sweet and as a result my husband returned this past week 5/29/08-6/2/08 with an associate on business and stayed in smaller unit below and loved it too! Great penthouse type oceanviews, modern, clean and english is spoken in all places. I love rincon and can't wait to go back!!

I would recommend this spectacular Beach View House as the number one in Rincon. The owners are very hospitable! They made us feel like family.....Wow!!! Diane and Gino Thank you, for the attention and for welcoming us to your beautiful home. We will greatly miss you! But we hope to share some more time with you in the coming year! My parents send there love! We will never forget the special moments we spent considering the situations we were all experencing.
