The deck has a patio table and chairs for four, a trickling fountain, a barbecue for grilling and beautiful mountain views where you can soak in the Santa Barbara sunshine. A skywindow inside drenches the interior with sunlight and creates a great space to read or watch the palms sway in the wind. The bright and modern kitchen is equipped with new cabinets and appliances. The living room, dining room, and bedroom all have oak hardwood flooring throughout. The cottage also has its own separate washer and dryer, microwave and ironing board. A queen size sleeper sofa allows the cottage to accommodate up to Five people. The LILAC COTTAGE:
The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The cottage has a very large and private south facing deck. The deck is over 200 sq ft and has a patio table and chairs for six, a large market umbrella, a chaise lounge for relaxing and a barbecue for grilling. The deck overlooks the property with a beautiful garden view of tropical palms, shade trees and lush green lawn. Sunlight soaks the inside of the cottage through the french doors that lead to the deck. The bright and modern kitchen is equipped with new cabinets and appliances. The living room, dining room, and bedroom all have oak hardwood flooring throughout. The cottage also has its own separate washer and dryer, microwave and ironing board. A queen size sleeper sofa allows the cottage to accommodate up to Six people. Lilac Rate is $1095-$1395 week / $2795 month.
The HONEYSUCKLE COTTAGE:
