We are just two short blocks up from the beach between Stearn's Wharf (Pier) and the Santa Barbara Harbor. It's just a short stroll down to the beach or over to downtown State Street for great shopping and world class dining. You can walk to just about everything if you wish. The Cottage comes with a large private yard and deck and has been furnished to meet every requirement for a relaxing beach vacation. The cottage also come with beautiful linens, flat screen tv, vcr, dvd, stereo, wireless internet, and books. Also your very own washer and dryer. Truly a home away from home. Most Pets are Welcome. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The cottage has a very rare private yard. The yard faces south so you get sunlight all day. The cottage also has a large deck that is over 200 sq ft in size. It has a patio table and chairs for four, and a chaise lounge for relaxing. The yard has a beautiful garden of tropical palms, shade trees and a lush green lawn. The yard is great choice if you have active kids or a pet. The cottage is light and airy as sunlight soaks the inside of the cottage through french doors that lead to the deck and yard. The bright and modern kitchen is equipped with new cabinets and appliances. The living room, dining room, and bedroom all have oak hardwood flooring throughout. The cottage also has its own separate washer and dryer, microwave and ironing board. A queen size sleeper sofa allows the cottage to accommodate up to Six people.
Harborwalk Cottage is a great choice if you desire a central location with private outdoor spaces for both kids & pets and is within walking distance to both the beach and shopping downtown.

This place was so amazing that I almost don't want to share! The location is fab and the house is so well cared for I cannot praise it highly enough. We stayed here with both my two children and my parents and the six of us fit comfortably. The little garden is beautiful as is all of the interior decor but its the location that really sets this place apart. Easy walkiing distance to beach, both piers, State Street etc. Thank you so much for such a memorable weekend. The only bad thing is that now everyone will want to stay here!!!!

I stayed at this apartment recently for a long weekend with a friend. We had a great stay, the place was very clean, cozy and homey! Kitchen was adequately supplied with every thing you needed for a home away from home.The location was just as described wihthin walking distanct to the beach and pier. Stephanie was always very prompt and helpful inresponding to my questions. I would recommend this place for folks looking for a nice place to stay within walking distance to the beach (I think is it 2 blocks) pretty close. We did a wine tasting tour in a jeep that was fun and they picked us up and returned us right at the front door!

You can't beat the location... close to the beach, Brophy Bros., stearn's wharf, amtrack, and even State Street (if you're a walker). We had a most enjoyable stay and would recommend it!
