Spacious villa in desirable, gated community is located on tenth fairway of world-class George Fazio Golf Course and is adjacent to large swimming pool and children's playground. Walk or bike to Palmetto Dunes' three miles of white sand beach; two hours free tennis daily. Free on-demand transportation service is available for trips to beach, restaurants, marina, and shopping.
First floor contains living room (with queen-size sleeper sofa) and dining area (table for six), fully-equipped kitchen (renovated in 2005), and bedroom with twin beds and adjacent bathroom. Laundry facilities are also located here. Living room and dining area as well as the deck overlook the Fazio Golf Course. Private master bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in closet, and bath are located on the second floor. All rooms are recently carpeted with exception of bathrooms, kitchen, and entry which are tiled. Entertainment center in living room has TV with digital cable (includes HBO), DVD/VCR player and DVD/VHS library. Master bedroom has TV with basic cable and DVD/VCR; twin bedroom also has TV with basic cable and VCR.
