This lovely, ground-floor condominium with patio is in the Ocean Walk condominium community and makes a great vacation spot in the wonderful village of St. Simons. Our condominium shares two pools (one heated), fitness room, high-speed internet access in clubhouse, duck and fish pond, tennis courts, and playground.
We have tried to reflect the warm, restful, beachy spirit of St. Simons in our redecorated condominium. Included in our furnishings are beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels for our guests to use. For your entertainment when you are home from the beach, pool, golf course we have two cable TVs, both with VCR/DVD, and many paperback books to relax with. Plus our condominium is 100% no smoking. The sleeping accommodations include a queen-size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom.
We are located just a pleasant 5-10 minute walk or bike ride to the village or pier; or take 10-15 minutes and bike to the beach. Drive to beach park with playground, bathrooms, parking in less than 5 minutes. The community of St. Simons Island and surrounding areas offer golfing, fishing, shopping, historic sites, great restaurants, and much more.

The Ocean Walk is located in an excellent location. Easy driving....But my granddaughter and I planned our vacation with using our bicycles for transportation, which worked out excellent with all the bike trails, bike racks, and accommodations to bicycle riders on the island. Everything is so convenient to the condo. Short distance to the pier, The Lighthouse, The Village for shopping, excellent restaurants choices, library, Massengale Water Park/Pool, Putt Putt, and playground, and so much more. The 2 pools at the Ocean Walk condos are great with plenty of loungers, tables and chairs. Take a stroll around the pond, and watch the children enjoy the ducks, fish and turtles. Right outside our condo location is a nice courtyard for relaxing and taking in the beautiful grounds. You can enjoy the convenience of grills located near the condo. The condo itself is great!! The Condo accommodations include everything you could possibly need!! Very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated through out. The owners, Susan & Gary, were very timely in communication, and sent information and directions to the condo and included an area brochure of things to do. Thank you Susan & Gary for sharing your condo!!! We made some great memories and had an awesome time!! We recommend!!! When we return to St. Simons, we want to stay at your condo!! My husband and I, along with our son and daughter-in-law, stayed at this lovely condo for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The condo is beautifully equipped: from the kitchen; to the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths; to books, games and some facinating books on the history of St. Simons Island and the surrounding area. The location can't be beat......right near the charming village, the pier and the lighthouse. The condo complex is beautifully maintained and very quiet and restful. The owners, Gary and Susan were wonderful - we highly recommend their lovely condo.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
