This three story home is in a wonderful neighborhood of downtown HB. It's only a short walk to a fantastic beach and pier. Numerous restaurants and shops line downtown Main Street, also a few hundred yards away! Close to Hilton and Hyatt Hotels.

The house is a beautiful home (close to 3000 sq. ft.): open and bright and only 10 years old. There are three master suites - each with their own full bathroom.

First Floor

- Private gated entry to the front patio.
- Living Room with fireplace, queen sofa bed, and French door leading to the front patio.
- Dining Room - wood flooring.
- Kitchen with built-in cook-top and breakfast bar - wood flooring.
- Family Room with queen sofa bed, French door open to the courtyard with wood flooring.
- Half Bathroom.

Second Floor
- Master Bedroom has queen size bed, fireplace. Walk-in closet. French door to the private balcony.
- Master Bath with marble floors and counter-top with separate shower and whirlpool bathtub.
- 2nd Bedroom has 2 twin beds, full bath and closet.
- 3rd Bedroom has 1 queen bed, full bath, closet and a private deck.
- Washer - Dryer

Third Floor
- Garden room with view.

Parking is provided for 3 cars.

NO PETS, NO SMOKING.

The house is a large beautiful newer beach home and an easy stroll to the beach, pier, and most of the activities of the downtown area.

VRBO Bear stayed here - 11/26/2007 I really enjoyed my Huntington Beach, California vacation. I stayed in a beary comfortable three-story Huntington Beach vacation home with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and plush pillows to hibernate with. I was even able to take a soak in the large bathtub located in the master bathroom!

It was nice being so close to downtown - you could walk or take one of the ‘bearcycles’ that are waiting for you in the back yard. It was fun to forage through all of the neat shops, but it was difficult to decide which delicious restaurant to eat at as there were so many.

While I was in town, I got to go visit with my cousin Pooh. He showed me around his day job at Disneyland and the new Disney’s California Adventure. (I especially liked the giant bear statue carved into the stone.) But the best part of the whole trip was the wonderful views and the cool ocean breezes that my human companions and I enjoyed while lazily lounging around this beautiful Huntington Beach rental home.

If you are looking for the perfect Huntington Beach vacation spot where you can relax and have lots of fun with your ma, paw, mate, and cubs, this is the perfect vacation home for you!
