My friends and I enjoyed our stay in August. The house is comfortable, spacious, and very well-maintained, with a great, well-stocked kitchen. We loved spending time on the deck, enjoying the views of the mountains and trees. the location is also great--easy walking distance to the West End beach at Donner Lake. We'll be back.

We spent five lovely days at Snow Dance Place during our daughter's wedding in the area. We found the house to be extremely comfortable in all respects - layout, design, furniture, and equipment. The spaciousness of the house gave everyone plenty of room and privacy, and the many beautiful seating areas plenty of opportunity to hang out together. Highly recommended.

because that's about all that's lacking here! If this were my second home I don't know if I'd be able to allow strangers to use it. It is beautiful, comfortable, well decorated, tasteful, spacious - there aren't enough words to describe it. I would absolutely recommend it to any of my friends! Thank you for a marvelous "get-away"!

We just enjoyed Memorial Day 2009 at the Nord Family's beautiful home. We arrived very late at night but found it the 1st try with the assistance of excellent directions. The next morning we were so excited to open the window blinds and it was like opening Christmas presents to see each wonderful surprise that each window held. Beautiful Lake views, trees, snow capped mountains, the train snow shed, the train going by. It was a wonderful relaxing stay and we cannot wait to come back. The home was meticulously appointed and comfortable beyond anything we expected. Thank you.

We stayed at the Snowdance home at the end of January with our family, my sister's family and five kids all under the age of 5. We had a WONDERFUL time!!! Your home is so comfortable and spacious! We could all spread out and cooking in your beautifully appointed kitchen was a dream. With two families, we loved that there were two master bedrooms, and there was plenty of room for the kids and Grandma too. It was a winter wonderland of snow the weekend we visited. Since the house is perfectly situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, we actually took the kids sledding right down the driveway. It was like our own little private snow park! The kids had a blast! I highly recommend your home, and we can't wait to visit in the summer too. :-)

We stayed at Snowdance for New Year's and we had an amazing time. My boyfriend and I and a few friends had one of the best trips that I could've ever planned. It was very memorable and your house is soooo beautiful. The pictures on your website really don't do your house any justice. I would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Snowdance! A truly comfortable home, though we lived on that spectacular deck! We were blessed with a wonderful Thunderstorm to be followed by an amazing sunset and then two days of glorious sunshine. Views to die for and walking distance to the lake. A perfect location and so peaceful and quiet. We will be back!

Just got back from a glorious summer break at the Nord's lovely lake home. If you are looking for heavenly silence (except for the lovely sound of birds & crickets) and GORGEOUS views of the mountains and lake...then this is the place for you!! Very comfortable home with all of the conveniences. It was hard to leave!!

It is very peaceful here and at times besides listening to the birds, one can see a Western Tanager, Evening Grosbeak, Stellar Jay, and Mountain Chickadees. Having stayed here twice, I must say that the pictures on this page do NOT do justice to this ABSOLUTELY GEORGEOUS and VERY LARGE jewel of a house (very evidently designed and built with love and passion in every detail) nestled into some of the worlds most EXQUITE natural surroundings. From the moment you drive up, you are filled with a sense of luxurious peace that seems to pervade the architechture and decoration. Staying here is an effortless pleasure in the true spirit of the word "accomodation".

I don't know which was more beautiful, the house or the views! The day of our arrival, it was snowing. The driveway was plowed for easy access. There was a quick return of our deposit. I highly recommend this home and would stay here again! This place is a 10+.

Over the years our family has stayed at a number of vacation rentals Snow Dance by far was the nicest.What a gem from the huge rooms to the spacious family room and kitchen. We had a wonderful weekend in this home! Very comfortable with spacious rooms and awsome views . It was very quiet being at the end of a culdesac. It had all the amenities and was so close to SugarBowl and Donner Ski Ranch.We rate it at "5 out of 5 Stars"!

Thank you for a most magical Christmas! Our family and extended family had the most relaxing and wonderful time over the holiday. The beautiful home lends itself perfectly for a large group, providing two living areas. Although it is a large home, it has a very intimate and warm feel to it. We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home. The views from the deck were great and extremely relaxing. The house was well equipped, very spacious and well suited for kids. It is in a nice quiet subdivision, yet very close to the lake. We would definately rent again.
