Cottage #1 summer weeks book Sunday to Sunday. Cottage #1 bedrooms each have queen beds, and there is a full-size sleeper in the living room. This is an end unit with a private side yard,beach chairs/trolley, outside hot/cold shower.
Cottage #2 books Saturday to Saturday, some Sunday to Sunday. Has a queen bed in one bedroom, twin beds/one trundle in the other room, sectional sleeper in living area . Very cute side yard,hose shower outside.
Each unit has off street parking for two vehicles. The property is in-between first beach (Easton's Beach/Newport) and Second Beach (Middletown), on Purgatory Road. It is a five minute drive to downtown Newport. The First Beach area has restaurants, hardware/beach supply store, liquor store, surf store, carousel, playground, beach events etc. (Equivalent to 1-2 city block walk) Second Beach is a larger beach with a snack bar, less than a 5 minute drive away.

What a wonderful week we had at this cottage! Lovely, clean, private: perfect. Ideally located away from the hustle in downtown but close enough to the beaches. Plenty of R&R. Thanks for a great week.
