Our home is a beautiful mission style home that is perched up on Happy Hill in Cambria. There are fantastic views of the ocean and the surrounding area. The sunrise and sunset views are amazing and can be seen out of all windows surrounding the great room & off of the deck outside. Ideal for outdoor dining & wine tasting.
We are just up the road from Moonstone beach and Main Street in Cambria. The surrounding area features amazing coastal terrain & wineries. It is walking distance to Moonstone Beach. (About 5 blocks)
The house is only 7 years old and is newly furnished with all of the modern conveniences. It is an amazing place to spend some time & enjoy the gems of Cambria. We love it & hope you will have the opportunity to enjoy it as well!

The house has 3 bedrooms and a loft. The master bedroom has a California King size bed, a walk in closet and a bathroom that features a large walk in shower & a jacuzzi bath. The other 2 bedrooms have Queen size beds and the loft has a queen size pull out sofa. We also have a crib that can be made available upon request.
The great room is a fantastic feature in this house. You can admire the ocean view from the main dining area, the kitchen and the living room. It is a beautiful open area & ideal for enjoying time together with friends or family.

Our property is set up for groups that want to spend a good time together. The main floor of the property provides a gathering area around the kitchen, dining and living room. The view is fabulous and the house has a great feel about it. It is a unique house with an arts and crafts feel but contempory as well. We have groups that stay at our home every year because of the relaxing environment it provides.
