Our home is a beautiful mission style home that is perched up on Happy Hill in Cambria. There are fantastic views of the ocean and the surrounding area. The sunrise and sunset views are amazing and can be seen out of all windows surrounding the open plan living area & off of the deck outside. Ideal for outdoor dining & wine tasting.
We are just up the road from Moonstone beach and Main Street in Cambria. The surrounding area features amazing coastal terrain & wineries. It is walking distance to Moonstone Beach. (About 5 blocks)
It is an amazing place to spend some time & enjoy the gems of Cambria. We love it & hope you will have the opportunity to enjoy it as well!

The house has 3 bedrooms and a loft. The master bedroom has a California King size bed, a walk in closet and a bathroom that features a large walk in shower & a jacuzzi bath. The other 2 bedrooms have Queen size beds and the loft has a queen size bed. We also have a queen size sofa bed. The house can comfortably accomodate 10 people.
The great room is a fantastic feature in this house. You can admire the ocean view from the main dining area, the kitchen and the living room. It is a beautiful open area & ideal for enjoying time together with friends or family. We recently upgraded the tvs to flat screens and added a Wii and a foosball table for added enjoyment!

We had a wonderful relaxing weekend in Cambria. We were lucky to have very nice weather the last weekend in October. Cambria is a lovely town with many things to do and quite a few nice dining options. During our visit we enjoyed seaside walks, seal watching, and lounging at the beach. This vacation rental was perfect for our family. The sweeping views of the ocean and valley from the kitchen, living room, and deck are amazing. The location was perfect for us. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach and 2-3 minute drive to the beach and to town. We really like this location in Cambria because of the nice views from being up on the hill. The home is very clean and modern. We really enjoyed relaxing in the living room of this cozy home. We loved that the kitchen was very well equipped with nice dishes and everything you need to cook nice meals.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
