An artist-owner's family vacation retreat, this attractive 3BR/3BA villa offers a wonderful view across a salt marsh with Horseshoe Creek, Bohicket River and the fishing community of Rockville in the distance. The tennis courts,Racquet Club and the private swimming pool are adjacent to the villas. The equestrian center is within walking distance. The Club, golf courses and beaches are a few minutes drive away as are the new village of shops and supermarket. The marina is also nearby. Historic Charleston is a 40 minute drive.
The villa accomodates up to six people. A screened porch off the living/dining area provides a great spot for viewing sunsets most of the year. This is a perfect quiet get-away and a convenient base from which to enjoy the many activities of Seabrook Island.
