Enjoy one of the deepest and most beautiful stretches of beach on Amelia Island while staying at this beach/oceanfront, first floor condominium in historic Fernandina Beach. This condo works equally well for a family vacation or for adults looking for a relaxing getaway. The property is managed by an on-site, friendly and helpful husband-wife team.

The poured concrete construction of the units at Atlantis creates a quiet, restful and private environment for our guests. The entire exterior of Atlantis was recently renovated: a lighted tennis court and heated pool are outside the back-door. A bricked patio with deck chairs overlooks the Atlantic and leads to your private boardwalk to the ocean.

Located minutes from historic downtown Fernandina, you will enjoy many fine restaurants and unique shops and art galleries. If you choose not to cook, you have a wide array of dining options ranging from The Surf for live music and $8 lobster on Sundays to a delicious dinner at the Veranda Restaurant at Amelia Island Plantation. There are also several restaurants in the Ritz Carleton located just a short walk down the beach as well as wonderful bistros and specialty restaurants in the downtown area-- plus an excellent selection of casual dining options. The kitchen in the condo is fully-equipped for family-style cooking.

The master bedroom looks out on the Atlantic Ocean and has a king-size bed, private bath, walk-in closet and cable TV. You can also take in the ocean view from the kitchen, dining room, and living room (with cable TV and DVD player) or while sitting outside on the private oceanfront patio. The condo has wireless internet access.

Several of our guests who choose to return every year write in our guest book that they consider the condo to be their "home away from home"--we hope that you find it to be that place as well.
