This is the closest property of any type with water access to the New Packery Channel into the Gulf of Mexico. Fishing is outstanding now that the channel has opened. The new water flow caused by the channel has hightened fish activity in the area! Think of being able to go off shore Deep Sea fishing or Laguna Madre Redfish or Trout bay fishing right from the back door of the property.
It is located just over the Kennedy Causeway from the mainland and all the attractions of Corpus Christi are available within a 10-15 mile drive. Mustang Island starts across Packery Channel and runs 15 miles to Port Aransas, Texas. The property is very spacious with 1730' liveable space and fully furnished.
