THE PINE COTTAGE
The living room, dining area and kitchen all open to a huge deck with a relaxing view of the trees and hillside. There is central heat and air and the extended driveway has room for your boat trailer.
GREAT ROOM
The comfortable LIVING ROOM offers a Flat Screen TV, DirecTV, DVD, games, books and a sofa which is also a queen size bed. The dining area looks out to the porch through the double french doors.
KITCHEN
The spacious well appointed KITCHEN includes all appliances, including a DISHWASHER, frig, ice maker, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, tea pot, dishes and cooking utensils. There is lots of room to pull up a stool and have a snack or prepare that special country breakfast.
BEDROOMS
The MASTER BEDROOM has a comfortable queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Both rooms have lots of dresser and closet space with fine linens, fluffy comforters and pillows. The full bath has a shower and there is an additional half bath. There is also a washer and dryer.
PORCH
The porch is huge, with lots of room to BBQ (gas) and enjoy a great meal or just relax.
You can enjoy your morning coffee while you look out to the hillside.
PARKING
The driveway next to the cottage has room for your boat trailer.
