Lovely, Spacious Beach House, in secure gated community. Two separate fully furnished units. Located in a cul-de-sac, third row from the Ocean. Each unit has fully equipped kitchen, living room, high speed internet, HD cable TVs (HBO), laundry room, bedroom(s), bathroom(s), towels, linens, plenty of parking, and more... Use of surf kayak w/life preserver.
UPSTAIRS: WIFI, (must have card), Bright and spacious 11 x 17 living room with foldout (single) loveseat, Lazy-Boy reclining love seat, 42" HDTV! Ceiling Fans, . Two FULL bathrooms. 16 x 11 master bedroom with queen size bed, 2 dressers. Second bedroom (11 x 11) with full size bed. Sunny "Carolina Room" with fold out double futon, stuffed chair, separate entrance. New carpet and beautiful vinyl floors!
Separate Laundry Room with washer & dryer, ironing. 11 x 10 kitchen with new microwave, oven, dishwasher, disposal, blender, toaster, EVERYTHING you need for cooking & eating. LOTS of CABINETS! Breakfast bar with high, cushioned chairs.
Dining Room (8 x 12) with round glass table, 4 cushioned chairs. Or, cook and eat out, on the SPACIOUS FRONT PORCH! Equipped with rocking chairs, table with umbrella and four cushioned chairs, and fabulous ocean breeze!! You can even see the Ocean between first row of houses.

Large family room (11 x 17) , queen size fold-out couch and love seat. OUTSIDE: Enclosed shower, bicycles, lawn furniture, patio furniture, new gas grill, charcoal grill, perennial gardens, Landscape pools w/Waterfall & night lighting, yard swings, 67' by 90' lot is largest on the street, wide side yard nearly reaches the house next door. NO SMOKING in units, please! Pets are allowed, but please clean up. Towels and sheets are included, please launder them, leaving them in the dryer, and wash the dishes when leaving, (you may leave them in the dishwasher if in a rush).

Why the Owner Chose Oceanside Village
We were looking in Florida and the Carolinas and decided on this location because of its safe and friendly proximity, (100 yards), to its beautiful beach.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We enjoy the beach as well as the great dining and boardwalk at Murrells Inlet. The weather is beautiful most of the year, and the beach is only 100 yards away, at an uncrowded entrance. I ride the waves or just paddle around on my surf kayak, which you may try provided that you use the life preserver, while my wife enjoys the reading at and walking the beach.
Owner's Map of Oceanside Village
Ed and Bobbie Kydd reside and work in Nashua, NH and enjoy playing music, hiking, working out and helping others. Ed is a guitarist and teaches professionally all styles of guitar, bass and banjo. His favorite music is jazz, (Miles Davis, trumpet), Classic Rock, (Allman Brothers and Jimi Hendrix), and Latin, (Tito Puente, Jobim). He enjoys, gardening, white water kayaking and is the secretary of the Merrimack Valley Paddlers in NH. Bobbie is a senior software engineer and enjoys dance, playing classical and jazz violin, and taking Miles, (german shepherd), for frequent walks. She performs with, and helps support the Nashua Chamber Orchestra and also plays with Ed in a jazz duo.

If you like the sun and listening to the ocean you won't be disappointed. We found the upstairs of this home to be bright and spacious, you could follow the sun from the dining area in the morning, to the enclosed side porch in the afternoon. The owners were only a phone call away and quickly solved any concerns that had occured. We had a wonderful winter stay at this property and would recommend it.(Ben, our pet, also loved the wild life in the tree beside the porch)
Recommended for:Age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers.

We really enjoyed our time at this place last year. It was a really nice house – loved the layout - and the location is great. Hope to return again in 2011!!

The location of this house is great! It's on a cul-de-sac, so not a lot of drive-by traffic. Short walk to the beach! And we were pleasantly surprised that the beach was not as crowded at this spot, while other beachfronts had people scurring to find a place for their umbrella/towel. Just a short beach walk to the Conch Cafe for great flounder and shrimp --- how fun to just throw on the cover-up and dine on their outdoor porch! The upstairs/downstairs unit worked perfect for us and gave our teenage group space to spread out downstairs!

My family and I have stayed in the upper part of this house each of the previous four years. We initially chose the property because it is pet friendly and the acceptance of credit cards. It feels like a home away from home--not like a hotel. There's a full kitchen if you want to cook meals, living room with a big TV and all the channels, two full baths, and laundry room if you need to do laundry. We also like the gated community that it is located in and it's close proximity to great restaurants in Murrell's Inlet. I found the owner's listing to be accurate with the information and pictures provided. I have recommended this property to friends and family.
Recommended for:Age 55+, pet owners, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.
