It lies on the tenth hole of the world class SilverTip Golf Course, just a five minute walk from the clubhouse. Other activities in the area include Banff Ski Hills, Hiking the Canadian Rockies, Rock Climbing, Mountaineering, Hot Springs, and Lake Minnewaka Boat Tours
This spacious and private condo has an exclusive location, high up in the hills on the sunny side of the Banff/Canmore area. It sleeps six comfortably including a master suite with incredible views and a spa-like six-piece en suite bath. Other amenities include: slab heated two-car garage, rundle rock gas fireplace, decks on both sides with spectacular views (gas BBQ on kitchen patio, private sun deck on south side), seating and dinnerware for 8 for casual & formal dining, steam shower, two tubs (six foot soaker in master), powder room, 52" Flat Screen HDTV with Dolby Digital Surround Sound, DVD/CD players in living room and flat screen TVs with DVD/CD players in both bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with seven appliances, deluxe washer/dryer, office area complete with an iMac computer and free broadband internet access.
In winter, we are a short drive from two world class skiing areas, Sunshine Village (35 mins) and Lake Louise (50 min). There is also the charming ski area of Mount Norquay which is only a 25 minute drive and Nakiska ski area is less than an hour’s drive. There is also extensive cross country skiing around Canmore and at the Nordic Centre which is just five minutes away. You can also try snow shoeing or ice skating or why not take a romantic horse drawn sled through the forest complete with hot schnapps and chocolates.
??In summer, we are on the SilverTip Golf course and a short drive from the Stuart Creek Golf Course. The Banff Springs Golf Course is 15 mins away and a little further is Kananaskis Ranch Resort and Kananaskis Country Golf Course. In addition to the wonderful sight seeing there is also walking, hiking, fishing, biking, horse riding, canoeing and rafting. You can even access some wonderful trails directly from our back yard!
