Overlooking the 11th fairway of the Tahoe Paradise Golf Course, the home features a huge deck with a new patio dining set and barbeque to enjoy relaxing Tahoe summer evenings.
The home's completely renovated, well-equipped kitchen features brand new granite counters, a new gas range and an island entertaining/ cooking area. Both bathrooms have also been completely refurbished with granite counters and showers.
The home is light and airy with great views enjoyed from the living room, kitchen, loft and dining area as well the deck. The living room features a beautiful fireplace and a LCD wide-screen TV. The Master Bedroom and Second Bedroom are both spacious and feature queen size beds. The adjoining Master Bathroom features a granite shower and tub.
The Third Bedroom features a bunk bed that sleeps two. The loft has an X-Box and a futon.
