Why the Owner Chose Lower Matecumbe Key
I'm a 20 year licensed realtor in the Florida Keys. When I saw the location and site plan for this project, I chose to invest. I selected the unit from the blueprints and had an opportunity to also select the finishes. Based on my knowledge of other surrounding properties, I knew it would be a winner!
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The Florida Keys obviously attract "water people". This part of the Keys is mostly residential -- not highly commercial. I believe the most compelling benefit is the tranquility and beauty of the area. Of course, fishing, diving or just boating is the main activity. We also enjoy some of the best seafood restaurants you can find in Florida. They're a 7 minute drive away in downtown Islamorada.
