Spent a relaxing week at Harbor Island with numerous family members scattered around the island. The villa was wonderful. Very comfortable and roomy for my husband & I along with our 2 adult daughters. We loved the easy walk to the beach each day. The area is clean and untouched by all the outside commercialism. Lots of nature-we even kayaked with the dolphins several times a day. We will definitely be back.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this Harbor Island Home. The house was lovely --lots of light, a beautiful view, and right next to the beach. The house was clean and well maintained. The pictures accurately reflect the house. We'd be glad to go back.

I really enjoyed my vacation at Harbor Island. The condo was perfect! The view alone from both upstairs and downstairs were wonderful! My plans are to return each and every year. I loved the fact that it is a gated beach so you feel protected and secure. I also enjoyed the serenity and peacefulness. It was close enough that my children were able to come for the day. Everyone that I had any contact with was very nice and friendly.

Had a great week at Harbor Island and in this condo. Condo was oceanfront with natural seagrass barrier in between. Condo had a great floorplan. Resort was very quiet and relaxing. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels. Hunting Island State Park was 5 minutes away and had an awesome beach. Would stay again without hesitation!

We had a wonderful vacation at Harbor Island! The condo was wonderful... just a short walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable, and what a luxury to have the washer and dryer! The low tides were perfect for shell hunting and the evening waves were perfect for our 7-year-old. We will be back!

Visit with Grandaughter

My husband and I took our 7 yr old grandaughter for a week at the beach. This property was PERFECT! The view was breathtaking and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evening watching the ocean and the seabirds. Everything was immaculate and just as nice as the photos. Having 2 pools to choose from was heaven for a 7 yr old and we used them both. All the facilities were very clean and well cared for. The beach is pristine and most of the time we had it to ourselves. The bedroom and separate baths arrangement works as well with children as it would for 2 couples. Very private with the hall separating the suites. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and then some. We enjoyed dinner at Bella Luna, took a stroll through the downtown Beaufort waterfront park, and picked tomatoes at Dempsey's Farm on St. Helena. We hope we can return again next summer!!!!

Take Harbor Island add the advantage of this lovely and extremely confortable vacation villa...and then throw in the view of the beach and you've found your perfect vacation spot. King bed was exceptionally comfortable as was the furniture in the living room. Location next to Hunting State Park offered many lovely hikes and time for exploration, including the 134 steps to the top of the Lighthouse. Being able to run into Beaufort for delicous restaurant breaks and a bit of shopping made it perfect.

Welcome to paradise. This is a great condo with comfortable furnishings - TV's and ceiling fans in every room! The kitchen is well equipped. Try morning coffee on the balcony - the view is awesome and very relaxing. Great for kids and adults. We were there Labor Day weekend and the beach was not very crowded - everyone you meet is friendly. Beaufort is a short drive away and a good place for a day trip or dinner out.

The location/condo was awesome! It was the perfect size for our family of four. I wish I could find the appropriate words to describe the amazing beach and the walks/runs we enjoyed all week. I've never experienced a more beautiful setting. Thank-you for sharing your little piece of heaven!
