Our one bedroom condo at Coral Beach near Lucaya on Grand Bahama Island overlooks tropical gardens and has a great view of the ocean from living room balcony and bedroom.
Offering great cross breezes (we are an end unit and very private), the sunny living room looks out to the ocean and is furnished with a very comfy sofa, and oversized chair, futon to sleep two, TV with cable, high speed internet wireless access, CD stereo system, DVD player, ceiling fan, books, cards and games. Outside on the balcony, sit and enjoy the view.
The bedroom looks out towards ocean and tropical gardens, has a king size bed with ceiling fan and glass sliders for cool night breezes. The bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and totally remodeled with all full size appliances featuring a breakfast bar and stools that open to the living area. Dining area located off kitchen accommodates seating for four. The main bathroom includes tub and shower and large vanity.
Our condo is just steps away from the beach and the oceanfront pool.
The Coral Beach Bar and Grille is located poolside and oceanfront. Jim and Joan serve up excellent lunch, dinner and appetizers (kid menu too!! The often have weekly specials, live music or movie night on the oceanfront deck.
Swim in the clear blue waters, or snorkel at the offshore reef. Or just relax and laze away on the white sand beach under one of the shady tiki huts at our beach.

Maria and Tony, we cannot thank you enough for sharing your condo with us in early June 2010. Your condo is well equipped and very comfortable. Coral Beach Condos is convenient and safe, the staff friendly, and the restaurant serves tasty food and drinks. We also very much enjoyed the beautiful beach and pool. We have been to the Bahama's before and stayed in some of the very nice hotels in Port Lycaya, and enjoyed our stay. However, our stay at Maria and Tony's condo was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Much better than a hotel. As stated the building is older, but Maria's condo is up-to-date, very comfortable, clean, decorated very well, and was fully stocked with dishes, books, linens, and any thing else we needed. We loved staying at Maria's condo as it got us out to the grocery store and had the opportunity to experience more of the local people. And the Bahamiam people are some of the most kind and gracious you'll ever meet. The 15 - 20 min walk from the condo to Port Lucaya was a great opportunity to soak in the beach and walk barefoot on the sand. Walking barefoot on the beach for 20 mnins a day should be required while on vacation :) And it burned a few calories off from all the yummy Bahamian food we enjoyed so much. This was a wonderful experience for a first timer. I loved the location right on the beach and the balcony has a good view of the ocean. (Port Lucaya is a 15 minute walk down the beach). The pool was always clean and we were able to swim at 10:00 at night and felt very safe (the security staff are very friendly). The accomodations were very comfortable and the full kitchen was a great bonus. All of the personal touches made it feel like a home away from home. Maria made us feel welcome and corresponded with me many times before we arrived. All of her suggestions of things to do on the Island were very helpful and we were able to have a wonderful vacation. For anyone who hasn't used a vacation rental before, and you are looking for affordability with a great location, please try Maria's place. The building itself may not be a 4 star Sheraton or Westin property, but it was comfortable and spacious and our home for 12 days. We were so pleased that we made this choice.

This is an AWESOME condo! A seperate bedroom with a 1/2 bath made this sweet condo extra comfortable. Fantastic location. Pretty beach w/easy walks to town. The condo is so convenient. Maria made the trip a breeze with her island info and tips. Thanks for everything!

My Friend and I visited Coral Beach April 2008. We truely enjoyed our stay at Maria and Toni's condo. The decore was wonderfully decorated and very comfortable.The location is just short walk on the beach to all the activities or you can catch the bus. The main building in still in renovations, but they are doing a great job in decorating this also. I would recommend this to highly we had a great vacation at Coral Beach and look forward to returning next year. :))
