Really enjoyed our stay at the Coral Beach Condo. The condo was just perfect. Everything was just as it stated. Very nicely taken care of and the beach and pool area was too.The condo was a bit far to walk to the Lucayan Market where the restaurants are. Also to get groceries, sight see and visit all the beautiful beaches that are there you need a car so you might as well get it as soon as you get to the island. We used Brad's car rental. They are right at the airport and they were very helpful in where to get groceries, sight see, when to go and what to do. She told us that they only serve dinner at the Garden of the Grove on Friday nights and you need reservations and you can go and walk around before your dinner or after and not pay the 15 dollars to see it. Would not have been worth 15 dollars to just go to visit the area. Beautiful picture opportunity. Very nice dinner too. Very expensive place to visit for groceries and restaurants and recommend bring lots of snacks and things you will need and not have to buy them there. Thanks you so much Maria and Tony for letting us rent your condo. Everything was perfect and a very restful vacation.

Maria and Tony, we cannot thank you enough for sharing your condo with us in early June 2010. Your condo is well equipped and very comfortable. Coral Beach Condos is convenient and safe, the staff friendly, and the restaurant serves tasty food and drinks. We also very much enjoyed the beautiful beach and pool. Thank you also for the island information -- came in handy. Many thanks again -- looking forward to another visit to CBC and Grand Bahama!

We have been to the Bahama's before and stayed in some of the very nice hotels in Port Lycaya, and enjoyed our stay. However, our stay at Maria and Tony's condo was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Much better than a hotel. As stated the building is older, but Maria's condo is up-to-date, very comfortable, clean, decorated very well, and was fully stocked with dishes, books, linens, and any thing else we needed. We loved staying at Maria's condo as it got us out to the grocery store and had the opportunity to experience more of the local people. And the Bahamiam people are some of the most kind and gracious you'll ever meet. The 15 - 20 min walk from the condo to Port Lucaya was a great opportunity to soak in the beach and walk barefoot on the sand. Walking barefoot on the beach for 20 mnins a day should be required while on vacation :) And it burned a few calories off from all the yummy Bahamian food we enjoyed so much. Maria was a breeze to work with and very professional. Would recommend her place for sure!!! Thank you Tony and Maria! Jason & Jen Avery (July-August 2009)

This was a wonderful experience for a first timer. I loved the location right on the beach and the balcony has a good view of the ocean. (Port Lucaya is a 15 minute walk down the beach). The pool was always clean and we were able to swim at 10:00 at night and felt very safe (the security staff are very friendly). The accomodations were very comfortable and the full kitchen was a great bonus. All of the personal touches made it feel like a home away from home. Maria made us feel welcome and corresponded with me many times before we arrived. All of her suggestions of things to do on the Island were very helpful and we were able to have a wonderful vacation. For anyone who hasn't used a vacation rental before, and you are looking for affordability with a great location, please try Maria's place. The building itself may not be a 4 star Sheraton or Westin property, but it was comfortable and spacious and our home for 12 days. We were so pleased that we made this choice.

My Friend and I visited Coral Beach April 2008. We truely enjoyed our stay at Maria and Toni's condo. The decore was wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. The location is just short walk on the beach to all the activities or you can catch the bus. The main building in still in renovations, but they are doing a great job in decorating this also. I would recommend this to highly we had a great vacation at Coral Beach and look forward to returning next year. :))

Maria & Tony, Words can't express how truly grateful we are to have had an opportunity to stay at your beautiful condo. When we searched for a place to spend our 32nd wedding anniversary I decided to look in Grand Bahama, as we haven't been there in about 8 years. As fate had it, we lucked out on your home, and are so ever happy that we did. Your personal touches, information, and free flowing communications made it all worth while. Thanks, thanks, thanks!

We had a very nice time. The condo is well situated. It is very close to Lucaya and all it offers, yet is very quiet and peaceful. The condo is in nice condition and is well appointed. We were able to locate fun things to do with Maria's help. greatchoice!

Thank you Tony & Maria, We just returned from our stay Dec 3-10/06. We loved the location of your condo...a short 15 min. walk along a great beach to Port Lucaya. The condo was very nicely decorated and offered all the comforts we were looking for. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony and of course, that beautiful beach out front! Your helpful recommendations were appreciated. Thanks again for a great home away from home! Hope to return soon.

Exceptionally decorated and laid out apartment. Balcony view fabulous in the morning. It was a real pleasure staying there. Your small touches everywhere show how much you like the place and how you want everyone that stays there to have an enjoyable time.

Thanks for sharing your charming place with us. The sunrises on the beach are worth waking up for. We had all sorts of fun adventures from exploring the remote beaches, journeying up to Bishop's Place for a Kalik and dip at the beach there and then to Lucayan National Park, Gold Rock Beach was spendid! Got to see the filming location for P 2/3 as they call it in the Bahamas. Enjoyed roasted conch at Billy's and the best conch salad right at the stand in Port Lucaya marketplace. We loved the privacy and comfort of your unit and plan to return!
