Living Room - Bethany Beach, Delaware Rental This second floor, non-smoking condominium at Bethany Bay Resort is fully decorated and has all the amenities of home. Just a peak out the screened porch and you are viewing the bay! Just a short walk to the nine-hole golf course, pool, and work-out gym. This condominium has everything at its doorstep! Bethany Beach is just minutes away, and just a short drive to Rehobeth outlet shopping and more!! This condominium is beautifully decorated with beach flair and provides everything from home. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, and DVD player; the second bedroom has a twin bunk bed set and a full-size bed with a TV and DVD player. This room is perfect for the kids! The living room has a queen-size pull-out sofa and a TV and VCR player. The dining room table seats six and the kitchen table seats four. This condominium is very comfortable for a group of eight! Please, NO Smoking and NO Pets. Linens are not provided unless you are renting a week in the month of May or June, 2008.

Apr 1 to June 28   $ 670/week.   Check In is 3PM; Check Out is 10AM.
June 28 to Aug 16  $995/week.
Aug 16 to Aug 30 .. $950/week.     Reservations require a 50% deposit
Aug 30 to Sept 6 .. $850/week.     Balance due 30 days prior to checkin.
Sept 6 to Dec 31  $ 650/week.    Check with owner on nightly avail & rates
ANY WEEKLY RENTALS FROM APRIL 1, 2008 TO JUNE 30, 2008 WILL
INCLUDE LINEN SERVICE
