Sunny Daze Villa is a great place to spend your Florida vacation, as well as being a very convenient location. Built in 2003, our professionally decorated four bedroom, two bath villa with private pool is located in the residential subdivision of Santa Cruz.

A short 15 minute drive and you are entering Disney World. Reachable within 30 minutes are Sea World, Universal Studios, themed miniature golf courses, and other Orlando attractions including outlet and shopping malls. Restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, and medical facilities are all nearby. Highway 192 is 5 minutes away featuring a variety of restaurants, shops, and other amusement attractions.

The I-4 interstate, 2 miles away, gives quick and easy access to locations such as Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater on the west coast and Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, and the Kennedy Space Center on the east coast. For golfing enthusiasts, Champions Gate Golf Course, a Greg Norman design, is only 5 minutes away. Other excellent golf courses are within easy access.
