Please come and enjoy the best oceanfront villa on Seabrook Island with views to die for. We have just finished an extensive renovation! We recently purchased this 1900SF upper unit double Pelican Watch Villa and have remodeled it into a 3BR/3Ba Villa which can sleep 10 in beds and 2 on the pull out sofa. As you can see from the pictures the vaulted front wall of the villa is all windows. You can sit inside or on the open deck and watch your kids, pelicans, and the porpoise play on the beach.
The kitchen, dining room, and family room all have unobstructed views of the beach and are open to one another. The dining table seats six with an additional two seats at the game table. The family room boasts a 42 inch plasma screen TV as well as a Bose 3-2-1 DVD/CD/STEREO and is newly furnished with a plush sectional sofa and overstuffed chair and ottoman. The sectional has a queen-size pull out to sleep an additional two people. There is another game table for kids to play board games and cards.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and large bathroom including a tiled walk-in shower. The second master suite also has a king size bed with full bath. Both bedrooms have TVs. The Kids room has 3 sets of "Bunk beds", a TV and their own full bath.

We are Club members, but The Club charges our guests a $25 per day per household amenity fee to use the pool, golf, and tennis courts. These cards can be purchased day to day at their office. Amenity cards are not included in the rental price.
