Please come and enjoy the best oceanfront villa on Seabrook Island with views to die for. We have finished an extensive renovation in 2006! We purchased this 1900SF upper unit double Pelican Watch Villa and have remodeled it into a 3BR/3Ba Villa which can sleep 10 in beds and 2 on the pull out sofa. As you can see from the pictures the vaulted front wall of the villa is all windows. You can sit inside or on the open deck and watch your kids, pelicans, and the porpoise play on the beach.
The kitchen, dining room, and family room all have unobstructed views of the beach and are open to one another. The kitchen has two refrigerators and granite countertops. The dining table seats six with an additional two seats at the game table. The family room boasts a 42 inch plasma screen TV as well as a Bose 3-2-1 DVD/CD/STEREO and is newly furnished with a plush sectional sofa and overstuffed chair and ottoman. The sectional has a queen-size pull out to sleep an additional two people.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and large bathroom including a tiled walk-in shower. The second master suite also has a king size bed with full bath. Both bedrooms have TVs. The Kids room has 3 sets of "Bunk beds", a TV and their own full bath.

Christmas week at Pelican Watch

We rented this villa to accommodate our family coming from MA, TX & FL, and it was a lovely place to spend Christmas week. Great weather, stunning views, invigorating walks on the beach (with porpoises and penguins galore), and as beautiful as the photos show. Spacious and well-equipped, with the exception of inadequate lighting in the kitchen for cooking and low quality cooking utensils (dull knives), making cooking a bit of a challenge (would probably be fine in the summer but not in the early dark evenings of winter). We were also disappointed at the small number of TV channels, expecting more with the description of the large plasma screen and "satellite or cable" TV. Again, probably fine in the summer but not during dark winter evenings. Future renters should also be aware that the villa has 20+ stairsteps to navigate to enter from the front or to get to the beach in back, making it difficult for those with mobility limitations. The owners were responsive and helpful with questions in advance, and the property management responded quickly when we discovered no hot water in the master bath the first morning. This property would be a wonderful accommodation for families with children, especially in the summers, with the beach so close at hand. The sunsets were lovely, the tides soothing, and the villa truly "away from it all."
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This was a fantastic villa. Great decor and excellent location. Had everything we needed to make our vacation comfortable and great! We can't wait to return.

As I view your new listing I'm now sorry we cancelled our Seabrook vacation this year. We have enjoyed every minute of vacation in your other unit (3 br/4ba,Pelican Watch) for the past 9 years. The photos are great but you forgot to mention the CRABBING and fishing off the beach. We will continue to book months in advance to secure our spot. George, Teena, Julian and David Mangano
