Our family-run ocean-front condo is available for guests to enjoy year round. We offer an affordable family getaway that includes many on-sight amenities not afforded other Condominium complexes in Ocean City. There is enough to entertain you and your little ones, whether you venture out or stay put.
Our Fourth floor end unit offers a special unique quality that other condos in the building do not offer. Being an end unit, we offer a private front(bay view) and back(ocean view) balcony. Enjoy a nice hardy breakfast on our back balcony as the sun rises and a great picnic dinner on the picnic table on our front balcony as the sun sets. The master bedroom also has a private entrance to the ocean view balcony.
Safety and Accessibility: The guarded parking garage and on-premises security personnel help ensure the safety of your family and belongings during your stay. Elevators located in the parking garage and building provide accessibility to all areas of the property.
Within Walking Distance: If you don’t feel like driving during your stay, you don’t have to. During the summer months, My Place Deli (serving pizza, sandwiches, ice cream, and much more) is open on the ground floor. The Coastal Highway buses have a convenient stop next to the parking garage right in front of our building. Pay enough for one destination like: the Boardwalk, the Delaware line, or anywhere in between. Or, for a nominal fee, ride all day and hit all of your favorite destinations. Right across the street, you can shop at Gold Coast Mall, Rite Aid, or Superfresh; work out at Gold’s Gym; or eat at restaurants like Crocs, the Green Turtle, Three Brothers Pizza, Denny’s, and Paoli Pasta.
