The home is tastefully decorated to never let you forget you are in an island paradise. This home features a second living room area with 42" flat screen TV and an eating area that seats eight. The pool area offers a high quality gas grill and additional eating area for outdoor entertaining. There is a full sundeck next to the boat dock.
Enjoy the huge living room with plenty of comfortable seating. You can enjoy one of DVDs from the in house library on the flat screen TV or enjoy a sporting event on expanded cable. The eat-in kitchen is fully-equipped for those that enjoy cooking.
Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, ample closet and dresser space. Additionally, there is a quality queen-size inflatable mattress with pump for extra sleeping space. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and two open directly to the lanai through sliders. One bedroom features a TV with DVD player.
Here you can swim with the dolphins and manatees, search for sea shells and sand dollars, or just enjoy floating. Convenient to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants.

Very relaxing vacation at this house, everything is provided and the bikes where fun to ride on the beach. Pool is great and we watched lots of wildlife from the dock including a racoon, seahorses and we even had dolphins swim past on two seperate days. Highly recommended.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and we hope to go back the next time our children can join us. Our family included eight adults, and there was more than enough room for everyone.The house is very open and clean and the layout is great. It has everything you need: a pool, extra-large screened patio, fishing dock, lounging deck, a well-equipped kitchen, beach towels, laundry, and a gas grill. And best of all is the location, the beach bikes and the beach wagon. It's a short, two block walk or bike ride to the ocean/beach or trolley stop. We rode the bikes everywhere - to the library, the grocery store, Times Square and bars and restaurants. A park is nearby but was under construction so we didn't use the kayak. One week was not enough!
Recommended for:Pet owners, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything really was provided so we could enjoy plenty of activities such as tennis, kayaking, and sunbathing at the beach without having to bring any equipment from home. The convenient location even allowed us to ride the beach bikes to some of our activities. This was a very clean and comfortable place to entertain our friends. We could go to the beach or just sit out by the pool...and jump in if got too warm. The lanai also provided us with a place to relax, visit with our friends and catch a nice breeze in the evenings. This is truly a beautiful vacation site!!! I can't wait to return!!!

This house is the perfect beach getaway!! I never wanted to leave! I've rented other beach properties but none come close to what this house provides. It is a short 2 min. walk to the beach and is only a mile or so from a grocery store, restaurants, and any other shopping. The house itself has a beautiful screened in pool, large bedrooms, beach bikes, a kayak and anything else you could want or need to have a great time. Everything is basically provided all you need is a swimsuit and yourself. This property is truly a sand castle!!
