Located on Fort Myers Beach, canal front, boat dock with lift and only 2 blocks to the beach. Enjoy the charm and luxury of this premier beach house. This house features an open floor plan from the eat-in kitchen, huge living room to the lanai that leads to the screened-in heated pool.
The home is tastefully decorated to never let you forget you are in an island paradise. On the lanai you will find an additional living room area with a TV and an eating area that seats eight. The pool area offers a high quality gas grill and additional eating area for outdoor entertaining. There is a full sundeck next to the boat dock.
Enjoy the huge living room with plenty of comfortable seating. You can enjoy one of DVDs from the in house library on the flat screen TV or enjoy a sporting event on expanded cable. The eat-in kitchen is fully-equipped for those that enjoy cooking.
Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, ample closet and dresser space. Additionally, there is a quality queen-size inflatable mattress with pump for extra sleeping space. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and two open directly to the lanai through sliders. One bedroom features a TV with DVD player.
Here you can swim with the dolphins and manatees, search for sea shells and sand dollars, or just enjoy floating. Convenient to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants.
