This rental has recently been renovated to new condition! The furniture gives a very classy look to the overall package. This condominium has all the comforts of home. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with cherry wood bedposts and matching chest-of-drawers. The guest bedroom sleeps two and has a large window with a great view of a grassy courtyard with oak trees. There is plenty of closet space throughout the condominium. There is a TV in every room. The kitchen has all new dishes, pots, pans, and silverware.
There is a screened-in porch for sitting outside without being bothered by insects or inclimate weather. There is a garden patio that is shared by the tenants of the building. There is also a charcoal grill outside to be shared by the tenants of the building. There are two outdoor pools and tennis courts are on property. There is a restaurant and bar called "Harry the Hats" on property.
