Adjacent to the pool is your large L-shaped deck that will be a focal point of your stay. The deck has a very large table, just the size to bring your family and friends together to enjoy food prepared on the large gas barbecue grill located just off the deck. There is wonderful outdoor shower conveniently located at one end of the deck.
Each of the rooms in MARSH HAWK COTTAGE has been carefully decorated to a high level of quality and detail. The galley-style kitchen with open floor plan and casual dining area flows into the living room, which was designed to be comfortable as well as beautiful. A stunning fireplace graces a wall and will provide wonderful warmth on a cool evening.
Each bedroom has been designed to provide a beautiful and relaxing environment. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds and one is full-size. All linens are the finest 600-count cotton. The comfortable sitting room with TV and DVD on the second floor can be used as a secluded sitting area for the master suite.
There are four televisions in the house each with a DVD player. In the living room is a 200-watt sound system for CDs and radio. Art work and prints have been hung thoughtfully throughout the home that reflect our feelings for how a vacation retreat should treat the soul as well as the body. The views of the sky at night on this part of the island are glorious. It is hard to imagine that all of those stars are there when you look up from your city home when not a tenth of the same stars appear. The views during the day are of conservation land to the south and the back property of MARSH HAWK COTTAGE to the north.
