Gorgeous, three bedroom, three bath condominium completed in December 2004. One of only two penthouse units (reachable by elevator) in the Ocean Pointe complex featuring private oceanside covered balcony plus private rear porch. View Folly's adorable downtown area from the rear porch and have unobstructed oceanviews from the front!
Hardwood floors throughout living areas and bedrooms, tile in bathrooms. Oceanviews may be seen from the open living, dining room, and kitchen, as well as from the master suite. Upgrades include ten foot ceilings with crown molding, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plantation shutters, Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom, and more. This condominium has four TVs, four DVDs, and one VCR.
Beach access located directly across the street. Ocean views are unobscured. The property is located on the island only two blocks from Folly's downtown boasting restaurants and shopping.

This condo was perfect for our family. With three bedrooms and three baths, we all had privacy. The condo is very clean, well decorated, and felt like home! The view of the beach and ocean is perfect from the balcony, we saw plenty of dolphins! I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay there again. It is also close enough to walk to all the restaurants and shops and they offered plenty of parking.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

This condo is in the pefect location, walking distance to all the downtown restuarants, bars and all activities. Even though this is not on the ocean, it is a perfect ocean view overlooking the dunes and a beautiful view of the ocean. Not obstruction. The furnishings in this condo are exceptional and well kept up to date. Amenaties are exceptional. This could very well be our vacation spot for years to come.
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

I have only stayed here once(mainly because you need book pretty far in advance). I really enjoyed the updates (granite, wood floors). The view is really nice. It is a reasonably short drive to Charleston. Reasonalbly priced
