Tucked away in the south side of Man-O-War Village , this lovely private home offers views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Sea of Abaco and is only a 2 minute walk by private pathway to your own white sandy beach and shallow reefs.
This spacious residence sleeps up to 10 and offers four bedrooms - 2 King suites, 2 twin rooms, a fold-out sofa plus 3 full baths and a powder room. The main room sits high above the tree tops where you can see for miles. On this level, the airy Master bedroom with private bath offers soaring vaulted ceilings, a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, bidet and his and her sinks. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight. The dining room features seating for 8 and a bar area that seats four more. An adjacent lounge area offers a relaxing place to entertain your guests.
The entire upper-level has access from every room to a huge wrap-around covered porch which has a gas grill, outdoor dining tables, reclining lounge chairs, a pool table and a rope hammock. All with spectacular views of the surrounding turquoise waters.
The huge living room includes paddle fans, comfortable seating, satellite TV, VCR, DVD and CD player.
There is also a soccer table and a dart board in this area for your enjoyment. While you can choose to use the central air-conditioning, most people prefer to use the home as it was designed - wide open with the gentle sea breezes wafting through the rooms.
The garden level has a second master suite, two twin bedrooms, a fold out couch in the family room, two full baths and a very private screened in porch area all surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. There is a TV/VCR/DVD located at this level as well as an ice maker, freezer and a washer and dryer. Other amenities include an outdoor shower,games,novels, and a private 2 ft 'dock that is just steps from the front door where you can fish or take a swim in the crystal clear waters of the protected harbour.
A five minute walk will bring you into the settlement with its shops, restaurants, grocery stores, a full scale marina and the world famous Albury boats. You may want to consider renting a golf cart to explore the island as the only means of transportation whether by foot, by boat, by bicycle or in a golf cart.
Man O War is conveniently located in the hub of the Abacos with the surrounding islands only minutes away in each direction by boat in the shallow waters of the Sea of Abaco. This is truly a tropical paradise..no noise, just beautiful beaches surrounded by shimmering clear blue waters.
