This was a perfect late summer place to stay. I can't say enough about the view from this unit. Beautiful Dillon Lake with the mountains in the background! There was plenty of parking and we were able to park right by the entrance. The unit was very clean and well appointed--had everything we needed. We used the grill one night which worked perfectly. The deck furniture is perfect with the higher chairs so you can see over the railing. The highlight of our trip was the fireworks over the lake on our last night (Saturday after the concert). The amphitheater is very close but not intrusive at all. Biking/walking path is right outside the front of the condo. Marina where boats can be rented is within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

My husband, son, and I stayed 3 nights during spring break. WOW - the view from the deck is fabulous! Great unit, close to everything, and nicely appointed. We felt right at home and talked about coming back to Dillon to this exact unit.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

This condo is an amazing deal! It is FULLY furnished with everything you need. It has an incredible view of the lake and mountain range. It is truly a home away from home. We brought our bikes and rode on the bike path around the lake to Frisco for breakfast and then back across the lake on the Dillon water taxi (with our bikes). There is so much to do here and the condo is perfectly situated to do it all! They even offer free wireless internet! Can't wait to come back. P.S. Don't miss the complex' Game Room that Time Forgot. Bring your 8-track tapes. Seriously.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We LOVED this condo!!! It was perfect in every way for our anniversary getaway. Next time we're bringing the kids, since there is PLENTY of room. The view was incredible! Access to the bike path around the lake, marina and mini theater is IDEAL. The condo is fully furnished with EVERYTHING that you can imagine. No need to bring shampoo, condit, body wash, lotion, hair dryer, swim towels, condiments for food or ANYTHING. We could not have asked for more and the rate was so affordable. We had an awesome time and cannot wait to return! MANY thanks!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.
