This is the MOST CENTRALLY LOCATED PROPERTY IN DOWNTOWN SAN DIEGO, I also have several other downtown condos available to me that may suit you. Great views into Petco Park located blocks away! You are also just 3 blocks away from the Convention Center and the San Diego Trolley, with access to Mexico, shopping, Little Italy, Qualcomm Stadium, and more. The downtown Gaslamp District is the most happening place in San Diego. The top restaurants, night clubs, theaters... are all located in downtown.

The condominium itself is new and is top notch with a nice balcony, decor, LCD TV, underground parking, and all amenities you would hope for in a vacation home. In addition to the on-site gym, there is a common barbecue area with ample tables and area for you and all of your guests. The Solamar pool and bar area are open to the public and my guests are encouraged to use the facility.

Spend the day at the beach and the night in downtown!

  • Our visit could not have been any better. This condo is in the best area possible. We walked to Seaport Village and the USS Midway, took the Old Towne Trolley to Coronado and the Zoo, took the Train to Old Towne a second time and walked to the Ballpark and local eating establishments. It was absolutely PERFECT.

  • The accommodations and location were the best. Shopping, restaurants, entertainment at your doorstep! The owner was so nice and helpful at the last minute when our original plans fell through. We could not have asked for more for this stay. (And we rent from owners a lot!)
