This is the MOST CENTRALLY LOCATED PROPERTY IN DOWNTOWN SAN DIEGO, I also have two other downtown homes that may suit you. Great views into Petco Park located blocks away! You are also just blocks away from the Convention Center and the San Diego Trolley, with access to Mexico, shopping, Little Italy, Qualcomm Stadium, and more. The downtown Gaslamp District is the most happening place in San Diego. The top restaurants, night clubs, theaters... are all located in downtown.
The condominium itself is new and is top notch with a nice balcony, decor, TV, parking, and all amenities you would hope for in a vacation home. The Solamar pool and bar area are open to the public and my guests are encouraged to use the facility.
Spend the day at the beach and the night in downtown!

This place was fantastic! We come to San Diego often and always stay in vacation rentals. They are usually fairly nice places, but small. This place is SPACIOUS! It is unique property in that it has a private garage (with a full sized washer and dryer) Nice touches include wood floor and I liked the digital keypad (no physical key) for the front door. None of us had to wonder who had the keys!! The owner, Lawrence, was very easy to work with, efficient, and provided some helpful reviews of local establishments. Not only will we stay here again but we will recommend it to anyone coming to San Diego.

As this was the first time I had ever rented an apartment/condo, I was very worried about the location and quality but I did not need to worry! Lawrence was brilliant and was very patient during the booking process as I was making the reservation from Ireland. The rowhome was more than ample for our requirements and was extremely spacious. Lots of clean towels and bedding were available which was good and the free wifi connection was very useful. It was very close to the ballpark, shops and restaurants. Thanks Lawrence for all your help - your condo is wonderful and I will definately be recommending it to friends and family.

This Row House was very comfy with a nice spacious layout. Place was spic and span and we loved the hardwood floors and well appointed rooms. Having a garage and full laundry are nice extras. The location is particularly nice as it is off the center of the Gaslight and has several excellent, less busy restaurants within footsteps to enjoy as well as a well stocked grocery store that fueled a last minute stir fry with ease. Would definitely pick this spot next time I am in San Diego. Owner's recommended list of local eateries etc. was spot on. Internet access offered reliable bandwidth. Great hospitality and everything as promised.

We stayed at the rowhouse location and was beyond impressed. We had 5 adults and an infant with us and having a pack n play there made traveling so much easier. Great location walked to petco park, gaslamp district, shopping, eating. Would love to go back and would rent again.

Our visit could not have been any better. This condo is in the best area possible. We walked to Seaport Village and the USS Midway, took the Old Towne Trolley to Coronado and the Zoo, took the Train to Old Towne a second time and walked to the Ballpark and local eating establishments. It was absolutely PERFECT.

The accommodations and location were the best. Shopping, restaurants, entertainment at your doorstep! The owner was so nice and helpful at the last minute when our original plans fell through. We could not have asked for more for this stay. (And we rent from owners a lot!)

GREAT PLACE!!! Your condo has the best location in downtown and it's definitely the best condo I've ever rented. The wireless internet hookup in the office allowed me to keep in touch with business back home...thanks. The details and amenities are top notch and the queen beds were very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again for the conference next year.

Our stay at your place was first class! The location is PERFECT for Downtown San Diego, and the beach and Balboa Park were close too. The wireless internet router was a big plus for my husband. We will be sure to refer your place to others.
