We enjoyed our stay in your Frisco condo! The property was in excellent condition and was in a perfect location for enjoying Lake Dillon, hiking, and water rafting. The property provided all the comforts and conveniences of home! We would definitely recommend your condo to others and hope that we are able to visit the area again soon for another stay. Thank you!

I agree with all the other comments so far about how comfortable and convenient this condo is so I won't repeat that. In addition, the owner was very nice and easy to deal with. There was one comment from 2005 about road noise that almost dissuaded us from staying here. However, the road noise isn't really bad, even in the Summer with the windows open. Most of it comes from Dillon Dam Road which is closed from 10pm to 6am and the rest of the morning most of the traffic is on bicycles. I spent many happy hours reading on the sunny south-facing balcony in spite of a little road noise. Don't let it discourage you from staying here unless you're really sensitive to noise. We had a great time in Frisco staying at this condo.

We loved our 2-week stay here; the second week we had 4 people in the condo and had plenty of room. The condo is perfectly situated between Frisco, Dillon and Silverthorne - and the transfer center for the free Summit Stage is within 5 minutes. We have stayed in several condos in the area, but this one is our new favorite for a group of four. Even though the temps got down to single digits a couple of nights, the gas heat kept the condo so comfortable that we rarely had to raise the thermostat from the 65 degree minimum the owners use. We really appreciated the security of wired internet access as well as wireless. To sum it up, the condo is great, and the views are gorgeous (we even saw a fox across the lake/marshlands area). So take your binoculars and have a great time in a perfect home away from home - we would definitely stay here again.

This condo is spectacular!!! Best place we've stayed yet. It truly is home away from home. The owner is great to work with, very prompt and helpful. There is a great book in the condo with everything you need to know about the area and condo itself (including cable TV channel listing which we found quite helpful). The couch is comfy, the wireless is great (and wonderfully convenient), the decor: fabulous, the kitchen: wonderful, the view: amazing, the location: very convenient.... as you can tell we could go on and on. We hope that we have a chance to stay again and highly recommend this condo to anyone else.

The condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The most beautiful thing is the view of the lake and mountains. All beds are comfy and the arrangement of bedrooms/baths are very convenient. We appreciated the wireless internet and the washer/dryer. It is convenient to both Dillon and Frisco. The seating in the family room is also comfy. We enjoyed having two tvs to watch. All in all it was like being at home but better because of the awesome views. We hope to return again next summer.

This is a very nice unit with a truly beautiful view from both bedrooms and living room. Nicely furnished, well equipped and centrally located to all the ski areas. Owners were super to work with. I give it an A+.

I stayed at this condo during the winter ski season with my sister and a friend and we were all very impressed with our accomodations. Considering the relative high cost of condo rentals during high ski season this condo was a steal because it was so nicely decorated and easily could have accomodated 4 or more people. The Master bedroom was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The condo location is an easy 15 minutes drive from the nearest ski resort and the town of Frisco has some nice local restaurants to choose from. I would recommend staying here if you want to save yourself the cost of a slopeside condo.

I just returned from a wonderful trip to Colorado, staying in this condo. I would highly recommend it as the view of Lake Dillon and the location to the bike path and town of Frisco couldn't be better. The property is located betwen I-70 and Dillon Dam Road. After a day of looking out at the Lake and the mountains the distraction of traffic noise was not noticed. The condo was well furnished with anything you may need for cooking. The furnishings were well done and living space was comfortable. If you are looking for a condo with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains and a great location, this is it!
