Come relax and enjoy this beautiful, three bedroom, three and a half bath villa located on the tip of prestigious, Ocean Point. You are surrounded on two sides by the Atlantic Ocean so that soothing ocean breeze can always be felt. The views are of the ocean and courtyard from the front and overlooks the Ocean Point Golf Course and Clubhouse from the back. The ocean front pool is just around the corner and the beach is only minutes away.
Fripp Island is a private, gated island that is a perfect blend of fun and relaxation. There is plenty of activities, such as biking, kayaking, golfing, and fishing to name a few. Or you may just want to take a leisurely stroll down the 3 1/2 miles of unspoiled beach. You are sure to see plenty of wildlife during your stay as the island has an abundance of deer, racoons, alligators and dolphins.
For off Island excursions you are 5 minutes away from Hunting Island State Park which boasts a 1,120 foot fishing pier, historic lighthouse to tour and miles of uncrowded beaches. The old waterfront town of Beaufort is just 19 miles away, it has a great waterfront district full of shops and restaurants, you can even take a horse drawn carriage ride and view the historic homes that the area is well known for. Hilton Head, Charleston and Savannah are all an easy day trip away and provide an unlimited choice of adventure.
This home is fully furnished including a huge kitchen with all the utensils and a large dining area. The 3 bedrooms are set up as follows; Master - king bed, 2nd - queen bed plus day bed, 3rd - two twin beds, one has a trundle bed under it. All three bedrooms have their own bathroom plus a half bath downstairs. There is a furnished balcony off the living room that has views of the garden courtyard and the ocean.
We supply house linens, soap, laundry detergent and even beach towels. There is also some beach chairs, bikes and water toys that are available for your use. A golf cart is available for additional fee. So bring your sunscreen and come enjoy the paradise called Fripp Island.

Another Fabulous Week at a Fantastic Unit

We've just returned from another fabulous week at Fripp Island and this beautiful condo. My husband and I and our two teenage children have stayed at this New Haven condo the previous two summers, but this was our first Spring Fripp Trip. We continue to rent this unit as the owner has always been very gracious and a peach to deal with. This immaculate unit has always been spotless and we were quite pleased with the updates the owner made over the winter. The bedrooms have been freshly painted and the bathrooms newly tiled. The kitchen Is very well stocked - a pot and pan for everything! The kids love the selection of movies and games for their evening entertainment. The bikes that come with the unit are a plus - no better way to get around the island. Fripp Island holds a special place in our hearts and we can't wait to return to this New Haven condo in July!

Carl – thank you for providing a wonder vacation for our family! You have a very clean and well stocked condominium (kitchen, games and books) that provided a great atmosphere to relax!!! Couple of highlights: · We saw a huge alligator over by one of the lakes by the golf course heading over to the Cabana Club · A deer sniffed by son’s hand · Relaxing golf cart rides in the late evening · Cooking Frogmore stew in your wonderfully stocked kitchen!! The LARGE POT was the key to the successful meal!!!!

My stay in this villa was fabulous! The views from the deck look out directly to the ocean and the ocean front pool was delightful. Fripp Island offers a unique escape and this villa met all my expectations. It was spacious and very nicely furnished plus the kitchen was fully equipped and it was super clean. I will definitely return to this very special villa on this very special island!

We stayed at this condo for a week and hated to leave. It has been updated and it's well equiped from the kitchen to the linens to even fishing gear. And I can't leave out the golf cart, that's a real plus. And there's no better way to get around on the island. Fripp itself is fabulous with the beautiful beaches and deer roaming everywhere. The kids absolutely loved it. I enjoyed the early morning views from the balcony and the sounds of the ocean at nite. We also enjoyed all the amenities of Fripp with the pools, golf and kids club. We plan on booking this condo again for our next vacation! I highly recommend this rental. It was immaculately clean and very spacious. It exceeded our expectations.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The accomodations were very clean and very well maintained. The owner was very accomodating and informative which also made our stay much more enjoyable. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils...... I would strongly recommend this property
