Villa Joya, an apartvilla-type hotel, is owned and managed by your host Meri, a 25-year resident of Bodrum area. She has specifically designed Villa Joya to provide the comfort of your home, yet relieve you from all housework so that you can enjoy your vacation. She has hand-picked every single piece that went into its construction. She wanted to make sure that anyone who stays there would feel at home and at peace, as if staying at their own luxurious villa. In fact, she now lives there herself.
Villa Joya has three - all air-conditioned and furnished - units available for rent that can accommodate up to four-five people. Each unit features a tastefully decorated bedroom (with queen-size bed, reading lamps, make-up table, bed-side tables, and a dresser), a bathroom, a spacious living room (with two sleeper sofas, furnished with a dining table and chairs, TV set), a fully-equipped kitchen (including stove, refrigerator, cooking, and dining utensils), and a patio looking at a beautifully landscaped garden of tropical trees.
Apart from basic accommodation services, Villa Joya also provides a number of special services for our customers to make their stay as enjoyable as possible. These services, which are subject to applicable fees, include catering services (such as breakfast served on your patio in the morning, or organizing parties for your special days), laundry services, and airport transfers (to/from Bodrum Airport). We also provide complimentary arrangement services for organized tours.
Villa Joya is located in Gündogan Bay of Bodrum peninsula at southwest corner of Turkey along the Aegean coast. Gündogan, literally meaning sun rise, is a quiet and lovely beach town, located about ten miles northwest of downtown Bodrum. While all water sports activities, such as windsurfing, parasailing, as well as many small specialty shops, restaurants, drinking establishments, and a couple night clubs available on the beach, Gündoðan remains as one of the few quiet and peaceful bays in the Bodrum peninsula. In fact, Gündogan, due to its relative tranquility, peacefulness, and upscale accommodation facilities and clientele, is frequently visited by dignitaries and diplomats.
Bodrum, once a small fishing town, today attracts millions of tourists every year thanks to its historical treasures, such as the Mausoleum - one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, The Bodrum Castle of Saint John Knights, The Museum of Underwater Archeology, as well as its crystal-clear seas and sunny beaches, shopping, and dining establishments. Bodrum area and its many bays - each with its unique cultural, social, and physical treasures - are also well known for their many water sports activities, in particular wind surf facilities, and unbelievably colorful and exciting night time entertainment establishments.
