Living room - Austin Apartment Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from downtown Austin this spacious (850 sq ft) one bedroom walk out apartment is an excellent value compared to nearby hotels and other rentals. The unit is situated to the rear ground floor of our home surrounded by beautiful mature trees and landscaping. Close by downtown bus routes, University of Texas shuttles and easy access to IH35 provide travel options for attractions both near and far. Completely remodeled in 2005, the unit has central air and heat, a large fully equipped eat in kitchen, stained concrete floors, a modern bathroom and is tastefully decorated throughout. The living room and bedroom have individual access to the kitchen and bathroom allowing reasonable privacy for each room. There is wireless internet available and a high speed LAN connection located near a small desk in the living room. The unit has off street parking available and its own entrance acessed via a well shaded fenced yard with a small patio, table and chairs, grill and various shrubs and herbs around the borders. A charming spot for relaxing or cooking out the yard is fully contained and ideal for small to medium pets. Austin has far too many attractions to list here and we are perfectly situated for you to enjoy the big city excitement yet be welcomed with a small town feel.
