  This place is so much better than a hotel! It's spacious and close to all of downtown Austin's attractions. We were traveling with our dog and even she felt more at home here, plus we had access to a yard for her. I'd stay at this rental again and recommend it to friends and family.

  The proximity to downtown is great and has easy access to I35 if you are traveling to other areas. The unit is very spacious and well kept and clean. The outdoor garden area was very nice. The owner was nice and offered to answer any questions we had. I would recommend this place to others and will stay here again when we visit Austin.

  My husband and I stayed at this vacation rental over Thanksgiving last week and it was perfect for our needs. We had five for Thanksgiving dinner and were very comfortable. The kitchen is roomy and had everything we needed to prepare and serve our meal. The entire apartment is roomy and comfortable. The location, in a quiet residential neighborhood, was convenient to downtown, and to major roadways. You couldn't ask for a better location. The apartment is in the basement of a home, but there was plenty of light and windows, sliding doors to two little patio areas and lots of privacy. For most of our stay, no-one was in the house upstairs, and it was very quiet. It may have felt more like an apartment if the family had been upstairs during our visit, but even then, we would consider this apartment for our return visit. The premises were neat and clean, and the owners were responsive and helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a short term rental in Austin.

  This was the perfect alternative to a hotel. The (very nice) pictures do not fully capture how charming and spacious the place feels in person--it was beyond comfortable for a couple and a medium sized dog. We were pleasantly surprised by everything. The neighborhood was quiet and safe for walking, despite being conveniently close to some major roads for quick access in and out of town. We walked downtown one afternoon from the rental property--totally doable for relatively active people at about 2.5 miles, much of the walk being along a pleasant greenway. All correspondence with the owner was easy, quick, and professional. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

  My husband and I recently stayed two nights with our small dog and had a great experience. The rental is clean, well equipped, quiet, and in a comfortable, quiet and safe neighborhood that is not far from many of Austin's great attractions. Much better than staying in a hotel and a good value. I'd recommend this rental.

  This was a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful apartment with comfy bed, huge kitchen, and it felt like home. Apartment was very clean and the owners provided every amenity we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. We were close enough to walk where we wanted to go. It was close to the running trails along the river and we ran every day. It was a great trip for us and we will definitely stay here again!

  My husband and I found this apartment quite acceptable during our recent week's stay in Austin. Everything was as described, clean and well equipped. The owners were very responsive to our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and the outdoor area quite nice. Access to central Austin and the airport was easy. We would rent here again. We are seniors (70 & 74) who like to read. Our only request would be for more reading lights in the living room and windows that open more easily. This was a very nice alternative to a motel room and we would recommend it to a friend.

  Apartment was excellent ,Quiet.clean.private close to everything I recommend this apartment to any family, businessperson, travellers for short or long term renters. I will have no hesation in recommending the apartment to my family, friends and business associates.

  The apt is updated and attractive. Huge kitchen and perfectly sized bedroom, living room and bathroom. Private entrance is nice. Very close to downtown and a fast, easy drive. Quiet mid-century neighborhood. We loved it, priced perfectly and will be back next spring. We were so happy to be here rather than a hotel! Comfortable space for 4 easily. If you wanted to be in Austin for a while, this would be lovely. Owners are accomodating with a lovely British accent!
