Sea Coast Gardens Condominium Complex, oceanview second floor unit with ocean view, 950 square feet with balcony - very nice (recently renovated). One bedroom unit with an additional sleeping room for two (converted owner's closest).
Master bedroom has king-size bed. Second bedroom is actually an owner's closet that has been convert to a very small bedroom - it has very little space, but a great place for children to sleep. Sleeps comfortable four total. Fully equipped kitchen with range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and small appliances. Dinette area that seats four to six.
Washer and dryer are located on the floor in the laundry room. Elevators are close. Photos of unit can be seen by e-mailing me for a link with 12 pictures and views.

- New Smyrna Beach is the "Old" Florida type town, Laid back, Plenty, of casual dining with great seafood restaurants, Ocean offers kayaking, sunbathing & any other ocean activity, Old Flagler Avenue has returned to life with shoppes, ice cream treats, surf shops & restaurants, You can also take your car to the North end (1 mile) of the beach & cruise on the driving beach, The surfing is some of the best on the East Coast of the USA! Highway A1A south of here is still a 2 lane road which dead ends into the Canaveral National Seashore, There are Indian Mounds there to see, 40 Minutes to the west is famous Blue Springs where you can swim with the Manatees or just watch them from the edge of the Spring, Plenty of affordable golf nearby, Disney, Epcot, MGM, Animal Kingdom are a 1 1/2 hour drive, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World 1 hour 15 minute drive, Daytona Beach 20 minute drive, Kennedy Space Center 50 minute drive

Summer Rates (May - August): $750/week ($861 w/ tax)
Fall Rates (September - December): $500/week ($563 w/ tax) - OR - $1500 monthly
Winter Rates (January - April):
For 1 months .. $1880/month ($2115 w/ tax) - OR - $650/week ($730 w/ tax)
For 2 months .. $1850/month ($2081 w/ tax) - OR - $650/week ($730 w/ tax)
For 3 months .. $1820/month ($2048 w/ tax) - OR - $650/week ($730 w/ tax)
Cleaning fee of $65, Security Deposit $300 for weekly / $500 for monthly.
$50 Cancellation Fee - Written notice is 30 days for weekly and 120 for monthly.
