My husband and I stayed at this condo for our honeymoon in late September of 2008. It was perfect for us! The view from the balcony is incredible! I think we sat out there for a good portion of our first day there:) The unit was extremely clean, very well decorated, and was everything we could have asked for. We did take our lap top and the internet access worked very well. While we did not watch any, the condo had a great movie selection. We toy with the idea of getting back down to Hilton Head at some point and staying here again. I definitely recommend it to anyone who loves a great view and great access to the beach!! Thank you:)

While we've spent many weeks on the island, this was our first time in your villa, and we will certanily be back! We had a wonderfully relaxing week at the beach, pool and tennis courts. We enjoyed dinner on the balcony, from the Sea Shack, and evenings at Shelter Cove, Coligny, and Harbor Town. We loved everything about the villa from the view to the lullaby of waves at night. We can't wait till next fall!!

We've stayed in 405 before, but this is the first time since you own it. You have made some great additions! The refrigerator with the filtered water is really nice. The DVD player and movies for it is another perk. We like the selection of books, too. We rode our bikes to Harbor Town, then the Salty Dog and back. We love riding bikes all around the Island. The weather this week was perfect for the beach - we had a wonderful, relaxing week in your lovely villa.

This was our second year in a row enjoying your villa. It was a wonderful relaxing week. We greatly enjoyed taking in the wonderful view from the lounge chairs on your balcony. The sunrises were spectacular. We took on the challenge of a previous guest and rode our bikes to Sea Pines -- getting down was not bad, getting back was another story, especially on the beach against the wind. There were many great places to eat and Marley's is still our favorite. Hudson's was also good for seafood. Look forward to coming again!

Our hearts are full of lots of great memories of this week. We were thrilled with how beautiful the villa is. You can see and feel how much joy this home brings to the owners. We love the nautical/beach theme!! This is our fifth year in HHI and have to say that our experience here was wonderful. Our favorite places to visit continue to be Marley's, Black Marlin. We love visiting Sea Pines for Greg Russell concerts. Love Shannon Tanner at Sheltor Cove as well as the fireworks and open party in the park behind Giuseppi's on Tuesdays. We truly enjoyed visiting Bluffton, the Sea Turtles Cinemas, and painting ceramics at Color Me Mine. The best pizza - all natural ingredients - the best is Paulie's in the same area as the Sea Turtle Cinemas. Thank you for opening your home on the beach so that we too could find joy. We will definitely be back next year.

This was our first visit to your condo, but our fourth year in a row to Hilton Head. Each year our accommodations have improved. The condo and Windsor Place was very nice and convenient. We used the pools and made the short walk to the beach daily! We made visits to some of our now favorite restaurants (Santa Fe Cafe, Old Oyster Factory, Captains Seafood) and developed some new favorites, thanks to some suggestions in the guest book (Wild Wing Cafe and Marleys). The view from the balcony was spectacular. We look forward to visiting in years to come.

This was our second visit to Hilton Head and our first visit staying here. The condo was wonderful. Our daughter loved the pools. Places we enjoyed while here were Wild Wings, Frosty Frog, Bonefish Grill, and entertainment at Harbortown by Gregg Russell.

We had a FANTASTIC week!! This was Danielle's and my second tour of HH, but our first with our 2 1/2 year old son. We had fun in the sun, sand castles at the beach and our son loved the pool and fireworks (Tuesday night). We had lots of good times and memories to share with each other. We are sad the week has come to an end. We enjoyed your beautiful home and hope to come back here again. Favorite places: Wild Wing Cafe (best wings we ever had), Marleys (great seafood), Captain Zodiacs (Dolphin tour)

Thanks so much for the beautiful view! We have been coming here for 25+ years and have never had a view like this!! We watched the dolphins early in the morning and enjoyed the pelicans fly by in the am and pm. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. These 2 weeks just flew by. Some of our fav's: Charley's Crab, Aqua, Crane's Tavern, and Sunrise Cafe for breakfast. Looking forward to the #26 visit next year.

W really had a great time. The condo is beautiful and the view is fabulous. Our children are 1 year old and 4 1/2, they loved it here. Our daughter ( 4 1/2) could not get enough of the beach and pool. My husband spent his free time on the golf courses. We loved Red Fish and had a great breakfast at Skillets. We also enjoyed Santa Fe Cafe. Thanks for sharing your Home by the Sea. :)

What a beautiful and comfortable place you have! We have had a great time. Our favorite thing -- walk the beach to Coligny every morning, have breakfast at Skillets and walk back down Dune Drive to beach access. Good eats at Santa Fe Cafe. We'll be back. :)

Wow!! Loved it!! We challenge anyone to ride bikes as far as we did. All the way to the "Salty Dog" in Sea Pines!! The beach ride was great. We really needed the hot tub by the time we got back! The villa is beautiful. THank you, Tracey and Ron, for your hospitality.
