Two houses in Cherry Grove that have been enlarged and refurbished in 2005. One house is named Boardwalk and sits oceanfront with breathtaking views and the second house is named Park Place and sits just behind the other with excellent views of the beach.
Both houses are a duplicate of each other. There is a full kitchen with granite countertops and brand-new hardwood flooring. There are two living areas, one being downstairs and another upstairs, and both having queen-size sleeper sofas.
The downstairs living area has a wet bar and hardwood flooring. The floor plan is wide open with kitchen, dining, and living room all one big room. The master bedroom is located on the main floor with a king-size bed and has connecting master bathroom with jetted bathtub and tile flooring.
There are four bedrooms upstairs, two bedrooms with one queen-size each, another bedroom with a bunk bed and a twin (two twins in the Park Place house) and another bedroom with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean with two double-size beds.
The upstairs loft has a 50-inch big screen TV and a queen-size sleeper sofa. There are two full baths upstairs with tile flooring. All bathrooms have brand-new vanities and flooring; all bedrooms and loft area have brand-new carpet. There are six TVs and five DVDs and one VCR in each house.
There are windows on every wall in these houses and the views are amazing making these houses the best in the Cherry Grove section. Rent one or rent both!
