The villa is very confortable and just steps away from a beautiful beach, fabulous tennis courts and incredible golf courses. We have just spent a week here and enjoyed every minute of it, in particular the fabulous fish tacos and margaritas at the Dunes House. The apartment is very well mantained and has everything you need to spend a relaxing holiday. Thanks Bob! We would be happy to come back.

My family has stayed at many different condos/villas across Hilton Head for the past 12+ years. This one was definitely a condo to remember. To begin with, you really do not get a better location on the island than the Moorings. While other areas of the island are very nice, Palmetto Dunes is centrally located to everything. If you like the beach, then the Moorings is the location for you and your family. The short and leisurely walk to the beach every morning to see the sun rise is a genuine pleasure. It is also nice to know that if you are at the beach and you realize that you forgot something (or just need a break from the sun), the condo is simply a 1 minute walk from the beach. The location of this condo is in a prime spot on the island.As you can tell, we love this area of the island. That being the case, over the years we have stayed at a few different condos in the Moorings. This condo is by far the nicest and most updated that we have stayed at. The owners take pride in creating a nice, friendly “home” for you to stay in during your visit. Very clean and well decorated with any amenity you would need. And if anything should happen to the condo while you are there (and face it, “things” happen to rental facilities just like they do in our own homes), the owners are extremely responsive and go out of their way to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. In our opinion, this is the difference between a nice rental stay and a wonderful vacation. We would recommend this rental to anyone who is interested in a lovely Hilton Head vacation. We will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful and immaculate condo. I have stayed in many Moorings Units but this, by far, was the cleanest and best-kept. Dealing with the owners of the condo was wonderful, every transaction was handled promptly and efficiently.

This was a wonderful place to stay. This was our first time in Hilton Head and we had a grand time. The villa was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal for accessing the beach and there were many activities available on the beach. My husband and son actually rented a sailboat and sailed on the ocean. The bike paths were also a big hit for "the boys". We would definitely recommend as a place to stay in Hilton Head.

The villa is an outstanding value. While it is comfortable, spacious and decorated like a magazine spread, the highlight is the location. A short walk in the shade to the beach entrance was the key: beach proximity in Palmetto Dunes at this price is outstanding. Excellent wireless internet alleviated the burden of keeping teens from being bored. Wanted to stay longer. Thanks for great vacation!

Michelle A short note to say thankyou for the use of your villa in Hilton Head. It was all your site said and then some. The sun rises from the very close beach were spectacular. Centrally located on the island a plus,plus, as restaurants, golf and Marina's a short drive away. The personal information/recommendations on places to visit and where to eat was very helpful and appreciated. We are planning another trip down to Hilton Head and will be contacting you. A great time, great place, great weather, great golf and great area to visit.

My family has rented condos before and this was, by far, the nicest. The decor was absolutely beautiful; it made it so comfortable to come back to each day. And it was absolutely immaculate with every amenity provided. This was one of the best vacation sites we have rented and we consider ourselves lucky to have found it. Just got back from The Moorings today...had such an awesome time I'm ready to go back. The Villa was beautiful...you can tell the owners must be professional decorators...and everything there is to enjoy is only a few steps away. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.
