Our oceanfront property is perfect for your next vacation. You will love our South Padre Island condo with Texas size amenities and five star quality hotel in this beachfront resort. Great beach rental and wonderful views!! The complex was recently renovated.
Very spacious and luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with over 1950 square feet of living area, much larger than many of other resort Penthouse units!! It offers high ceilings, in suite jacuzzi for two and suana in the master bath. Beach view from all bedrooms and living areas. Private balcony on the 5th and 6th floor. This complex is situated in the center of South Padre Island, TX among the top island resorts and retail business district, near shopping and restaurants. We have availability and call us for your next vacation needs to South Padre Island.
Sunchase Mall located in the front of the property. The mall offers retail stores, boutiques, and coffee shops. Next to the property is a restaurant and Mc Donald's. Fine dining is available within walking distance.
Cable TV is offered as well as a 52-inch big screen TV in your livingroom. Beachfront background views to truely enjoy your relaxing beach vacation are seen from every room. The living room also has a sofa sleeper TV/DVD and a separate wet bar.
Sunchase IV Resort amenities include:
On the first floor adjacent to the elevator, is an adult pool, chlidren's pool, and Adult whirlpool. The main pool is heated at a comfortable temperature year round. Three additional pools are located at the front of the resort.
Racquetball courts are located in the first floor. Two tennis courts are located in front of the pool area. Two Ping-Pong tables are located on the second floor. Fitness facility, hot tub, sauna and steam room on first floor and accessed with key.
Second floor library has a variety of activities that provides a cozy environment to meet other guests, read, watch TV, or put together a jigsaw puzzle.
Enjoy the many attractions in the area including the Schlitterbahn Water Park Resort, fishing, shopping, golfing, or spend a day shopping the open air markets in Matamoros, Mexico (be sure to bring your passport or birth certificate).
A $200.00 deposit for rentals less than 3 nights and $400.00 advance deposit for more than 3 nights and holidays. Peak season groups under the age of 25 and Spring Break may require a higher deposit. Your deposit is non refundable for no shows and fully refundable upon inspection of check out of the unit.
Your rate is calculated by multiplying your daily rate times the number of nights plus a 14% tax. A $75.00 service charge for clean up & linen set up fee. Additional resort fees may apply for wrist bands during certain times of the year (Spring Break, Easter Break, last week in July). Wrist band charges vary and may be up to $35 per person and are made payable to the resort at the homeowners office at check in.

- Air Conditioning : 2 A/C units, one controls downstairs living area and the other the upstairs bedrooms located on the second floor of your unit (6th floor).
- Linens Provided : Clean sheets are provided upon arrival. Two sets of towels provided for each guest.
- Elevator : Used to access unit's front door and located on 5th Floor. No elevator access to the 6th floor. The 6th floor is accessed from within your unit.
- Washer : Stack unit located on second floor inside unit (6th Floor). Additional shared full size washers available by Tennis courts.
- Dryer : Stack unit located on second floor inside unit (6th floor) and additional shared full size washers available by Tennis courts
- Covered Parking : Available only at Sunchase Mall per night for a fee. Check with Homeowner's Association Office at Sunchase IV or at the Sunchase Mall Office for more details. Free parking is available inside the gates for one car and a second car can be parked along the entrance and exit drive way. (Both areas require parking permits provided at check-in)
- Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer : May be available Nov-Feb (low season and upon request to Homeowner's Office). Other times not available but there are local areas to park your trailer located on SPI.

Your condo was awesome. We had a blast during our stay. The condo was really clean and elegant. Also liked the location, as we were able to walk a few steps down to the strip and shop, get food, etc—eliminating the need to jump in our cars.

My friends tasked me with finding a place for our vacation getaway this year. We all loved this condo; it was nice and had more amenities than we had a chance to use the week we spent there. Several stores, etc where nearby that we did not need to drive.

We really enjoyed staying at your place. It was very clean, and we liked that there were supplies like toiletpaper and napkins and such. We always felt safe with having our cars locked in a gated area, and the security was nice to have.

We’ve always enjoyed the Sunchase IV property and this condo was by far the best we’ve stayed at. Customer service was top notch, the condo was HUGE—offered more space than needed, and was clean and comfortable. This will be my family’s new home away from home when we visit South Padre Island.
