Stay in comfort in the heart of Keystone's River Run village in the flagship Silver Mill Building, just 75 yards from the Keystone gondola. The entire building was just refurbished top to bottom, and is a fabulous place to stay for your vacation in Keystone. A nicely equipped Fitness Center in our building is available for the use of homeowners and guests. The hot tubs and courtyard just received a complete renovation completed in fall 2011 and provides another bonus for staying in Silver Mill.
Park in the heated garage and take the elevator up to the third floor with sunny south and west facing views into the courtyard and mountains. Our lovely one bedroom condominium sleeps four adults or a couple and up to three children (one sleeping on the floor on a hide-a-mat). We update it frequently so you're assured of a luxurious comfortable stay and boasts of custom upholstered pieces and a new dining room table and chairs. The bedroom features a king-size bed as well as a high quality queen-size sofa bed with luxury memory foam mattress (as found in luxury resorts) in the living room for the ultimate in sleeper sofa comfort. The separate bathroom has a deep soaking tub and blow dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a great vacation from a Crock Pot to the wine glasses.
There are two Flat Panel LCD televisions: one television set and DVD/VHS player in the living room as well as a television in the bedroom; both with expansive cable channels. The gas log fireplace in the living room is perfect to take the chill out of cozy evenings. Off the living room is a large sliding glass door leading to the large balcony furnished with teak table and chairs. The views are lovely and the perfect place to enjoy the afternoon sun!
Silver Mill offers 3 large outdoor hot tubs in the courtyard, just 20 feet from the indoor sauna. You also have access to a large heated pool. First floor game room amenities include a fireplace, card tables, TV, and pool table. There are two laundry rooms in the building. Silver Mill offers complimentary high speed wireless Internet access throughout the building. Sorry, NO SMOKING in our condominium and NO PETS are allowed by Silver Mill covenants.
The condominium is located at the base of Keystone Mountain within a quick walk (75 yards) and easy access to the recently moved gondola and chairlift for skiing and snowboarding in the winter, hiking/biking in the summer, or dinner at the Alpenstube restaurant. Starbucks, several restaurants, a sports bar, retail stores and Keystone's child care center are located within a one minute walk of the condominium building.
Electronic keys provide access to the condominium, building, entrance, and garage. This unit is comfortably furnished and meticulously maintained and we welcome you as our guest!

My best friend turned 40 on the 3rd of February so his wife decided to plan his birthday in Keystone. Found this unit in Silver Mills and gave it a shot. WOW! Where to begin...The condo was extremely clean and just as beautiful as the pictures looked. The bed was VERY comfortable and switch-on fireplace was icing on the cake. THe building itself was clean and cozy. In fact, our group enjoyed the downstairs entertainment room and pool room by ourselves on Superbowl night. Can't forget the three hot tubs that come in real handy after a tough day on the slopes. Speaking of skiing...This unit is a five minute walk to the gondola. Literally, 5 minutes. Well, maybe 6 minutes if you're wearing ski boots. The unit's close proximity to the gondolas/lifts is great when you need to take a quick break for a lunch. Not to mention the free bus service that will cart you all over Keystone village and the free bus service to neighboring cities, this place has it all. You will NOT be disappointed with this condo. Our group decided to make this a yearly event and I will be staying here again!

We just completed a short stay at this unit. Everything was as we would hope (expect perhaps the WiFi being a bit spotty), The unit was clean, tastefully appointed, well supplied and the location was perfect, a short walk to gondola and easy access to shops and restaurants.

First and foremost the owner is an absolute pleasure to work with, very efficient and quick to get the answers you are looking for. The condo was very nice and very clean, perfect for a couple or a small family. We went at the end of the ski season so a lot of places were closing early before we got off the mountain so recommendations are slim. However, if you need to rent skis go to Virgin Island Rentals in Dillon. There were some small issues with the laundry facilties but nothing that ruined our trip. The unit was at the end of the building so be prepared for a long walk from elevator to condo. We would definately rent this condo again and recommend it to anyone!

when it comes to staying in keystone, 3 (cliche) words describe what you want. location, location, location. this condo was a 5 minute walk from the gondola with all the good stores and restaurants in between. we did squeeze a few more adults than most would like, but when you have night riding and the village life, all you really need is a place to eat, sleep and shower. the condo itself was actually more spacious than i expected with clean rooms and bathroom. i would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting keystone, and i'll be sure to consider this condo again if/when i come back to keystone.

My son and I had a wonderful spring break! The condo was just as described by the Mills and conveniently located. The mission of this trip was ski, ski, ski! It was nice to have a short walk for lunch or nap prior to hitting the slopes again for the afternoon. We also made a day ski trip to Breckenridge which took less than 30 minutes. It's nice when a facility pleases all ages concerned. It was very comfortable, clean and had two nice flat screen tv's! We look forward to a return visit soon!

Most important to us is the location. This condo is in a great location with only a very short walk to the River Run Gondola. Although located in the heart of River Run Village, it is offset a little from the main strip to allow for some peace & quiet but still very close to shops and restaurants in River Run Village. The bedding was very luxurious and comfortable. Our young kids also liked the sofas for sleeping. There were ample pillows, blankets and towels. The underground heated parking was very convenient. We have organized many family reunions and ski trips over the years and it is very important to us to deal with friendly and responsive owners which the Mills are. Our accommodations were excellent.
