We had a great time staying in this condo. The location was perfect as we have two small kids so we were able to leave them with Grandma, ski, then quickly pop back in for lunch, naps and a soak in one of the 3 hot tubs then back out to the slopes. Despite the lack of snow, and excess of icy patches on the slopes we had a great time. The Silver Mill lodge is well set up with a great common area down the bottom where we could enjoy pizza with visiting friends. The condo was very well kept, with comfortable beds, warm fireplace and Jenny was a pleasure to work with. We would certainly stay here again.

We really enjoyed this property and our stay at the River Run Village. The owner was extremely helpful and nice during the whole process. The condo is a great size for 2 people, but a bit limited on space for luggage unless you travel light. (I think I could bring my kids and still be comfortable). The beds are very comfortable and the living space is perfect, atmosphere, size, comfort and overall just made me smile. It's a fabulous romantic get away and great skiing experience. Everything was within walking distance in the village and we'll definately look to stay here again. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 star rating was because the condo wasn't ready for us by 4pm. Once it was ready it wasn't fully cleaned, there was trash and food left in the fridge that was pretty potent when we opened the door. But we cleaned it up and still enjoyed our stay very much. I'm glad we found it and can't wait to go back!

My best friend turned 40 on the 3rd of February so his wife decided to plan his birthday in Keystone. Found this unit in Silver Mills and gave it a shot. WOW! Where to begin...The condo was extremely clean and just as beautiful as the pictures looked. The bed was VERY comfortable and switch-on fireplace was icing on the cake. THe building itself was clean and cozy. In fact, our group enjoyed the downstairs entertainment room and pool room by ourselves on Superbowl night. Can't forget the three hot tubs that come in real handy after a tough day on the slopes. Speaking of skiing...This unit is a five minute walk to the gondola. Literally, 5 minutes. Well, maybe 6 minutes if you're wearing ski boots. The unit's close proximity to the gondolas/lifts is great when you need to take a quick break for a lunch. Not to mention the free bus service that will cart you all over Keystone village and the free bus service to neighboring cities, this place has it all. You will NOT be disappointed with this condo. Our group decided to make this a yearly event and I will be staying here again!

We just completed a short stay at this unit. Everything was as we would hope (expect perhaps the WiFi being a bit spotty), The unit was clean, tastefully appointed, well supplied and the location was perfect, a short walk to gondola and easy access to shops and restaurants.

First and foremost the owner is an absolute pleasure to work with, very efficient and quick to get the answers you are looking for. The condo was very nice and very clean, perfect for a couple or a small family. We went at the end of the ski season so a lot of places were closing early before we got off the mountain so recommendations are slim. However, if you need to rent skis go to Virgin Island Rentals in Dillon. There were some small issues with the laundry facilties but nothing that ruined our trip. The unit was at the end of the building so be prepared for a long walk from elevator to condo. We would definately rent this condo again and recommend it to anyone!

when it comes to staying in keystone, 3 (cliche) words describe what you want. location, location, location. this condo was a 5 minute walk from the gondola with all the good stores and restaurants in between. we did squeeze a few more adults than most would like, but when you have night riding and the village life, all you really need is a place to eat, sleep and shower. the condo itself was actually more spacious than i expected with clean rooms and bathroom. i would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting keystone, and i'll be sure to consider this condo again if/when i come back to keystone.

My son and I had a wonderful spring break! The condo was just as described by the Mills and conveniently located. The mission of this trip was ski, ski, ski! It was nice to have a short walk for lunch or nap prior to hitting the slopes again for the afternoon. We also made a day ski trip to Breckenridge which took less than 30 minutes. It's nice when a facility pleases all ages concerned. It was very comfortable, clean and had two nice flat screen tv's! We look forward to a return visit soon!

Most important to us is the location. This condo is in a great location with only a very short walk to the River Run Gondola. Although located in the heart of River Run Village, it is offset a little from the main strip to allow for some peace & quiet but still very close to shops and restaurants in River Run Village. The bedding was very luxurious and comfortable. Our young kids also liked the sofas for sleeping. There were ample pillows, blankets and towels. The underground heated parking was very convenient. We have organized many family reunions and ski trips over the years and it is very important to us to deal with friendly and responsive owners which the Mills are. Our accommodations were excellent.

Just finished a fantastic 5 days over the President's day weekend. This is a truly wonderful place to stay. Location is everything promised, amenities are fabulous, and most important, the beds are fantastic. Felt like I was in a good hotel with great comforter and high thread count sheets. But the real surprise was the fold out couch with the blow up mattress feature. My son complains about always sleeping on really uncomfortable mattresses when we travel. He declared that this couch was more comfortable than his bed at home! Great ski hill for the whole family, decent restaurants, very friendly atmosphere. 5 miles from A Basin is another huge plus if you get a Peaks reward pass. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved the condo and the fabulous location. There is such attention to detail. The kitchen and the bathroom are equipped with everything you would want. The bed is so comfortable and the living room is great for hanging out with the fireplace lit. I felt so comfortable renting this place because of the great communication with the owners. We just enjoyed 8 glorious days in your condo! The comfort of the beds, soft pillows and cozy blankets were so appreciated after a long day of skiing or playing in the snow!! My daughter did not want to give up her nights on the pull out with the air mattress. The place was immaculate! The kitchen was well equipped. The heated parking garage, the private lockers, and accessibility to shops, restaurants, and the gondola were more than we could ask for. And the Silver Mill Bldg itself was kept impeccably clean by the pleasant staff. Thanks Jenny and Larry for being such great hosts and letting my family enjoy your home away from home!

Dear Jenny and Larry,We want everyone to know what a wonderful place you have in Keystone! If you love to mountain or road bike, as we do, this is the place to stay! We ate our meals on the deck in your comfy teak chairs overlooking the courtyard. We would head out early on our bikes and could easily access many trails (too many to ride, too little time). Your condo was better than coming home. Your kitchen had everything we needed (plus!). Everything was very cozy! If daylight wasn't burning we may not have gotten out of bed b/c it was so comfortable! Great location for anyone who likes to get away in a “village”. Convenient walk to many restaurants, shops and hikes. Great parking.! Great experience! Thank You!!! The Gerbers

Comment Text: Thank you for sharing this wonderful condo with our family of five. It was beautifully decorated and was so comfortable to be in after a hard day of skiing. With very comfortable beds, (one queen and one sofa sleeper) and a well-stocked kitchen, we had everything we needed for a great weekend. Its great location in River Run made for fun evenings of shopping and warm hot chocolate. Our favorite part was being able to walk to the gondola to start a great day of skiing. We hope to visit again soon.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay in Keystone: Silver Mill in River Run is a prime location, accessible to lifts, shops and restaurants. The Mills' condo is a step above the others (validated by friends staying elsewhere in the building), with fabulous decor and warm and cozy touches everywhere. The air mattress on the pull out couch was awesome: much better than your average sofa-bed mattress. The kitchen, too, had everything we needed to stay in for most meals. Jenny and Larry were available via phone for any little issue we had..........thanks for being great hosts! Having night-skiing at Keystone made for wonderfully long and flexible days, where you felt you were getting the most out of your lift ticket, and not feeling guilty about taking a mid-day break at the condo! The New Year's Eve torch light parade and fireworks were fun too. Afterwards, the kids hung out playing pool in the common room of the building, while we adults sat nearby watching the festivities ii New York City on TV. A memorable trip! Our only advice for low-landers such as ourselves driving to Keystone: stay in Denver for a night or two beforehand to avoid altitude sickness. It helps you adjust......

My wife and I had an amazing time in this condo. No complaints, I will deffinetly visit again. We skied Keystone at night and Breckenridge and Vail during the days. Keystone is a great location; Breck is less than 15 minutes away via Swan Mountain Rd. & Vail is 30 minutes via I70. The hot tub and gym were excellent too. The heated parking under the building is also a huge plus. This place is a bargain compared to the over prices resorts around town.

This condo in Sliver Mill is in a great location in River Run. Its within walking distance of the lifts and we would ski back for lunch during the day. The Mill's are very nice to deal with and overall it was a great experience. We would stay here again.
