Mountain Village is a world class destination ski resort located in the Southwest corner of Colorado. The Lorian, an upscale building of only 14 residences plus a new wing of 6 luxury condos,overlooks the Double Cabins Ski Run, offering ski in and ski out,and is only a short walk to the center of the Mountain Village. The free gondola, whole food gourmet market and liquous store is directly across the road from us. Total convenience!! Quiet, too. Lift lines are almost nonexistent. No need for a car--fly directly into Telluride or to Montrose and take the convenient shuttle to the Lorian. We have gone as long as three weeks without a car. All resort services are easily assesible by walking or by a free gondola to the historic town of Telluride.
This luxury unit offers stunning views of the San Joaquin Mountains . The Lorian condo is like your own private resort with ski lockers, pool, outdoor hot tub, party room with pool table, TV, kitchen, and a seperate exercise room. It is a true ski in/ski out location. Park your car and throw your keys away--the free Gondola, accessing both the Village and Telluride, is located across the street. There is a heated garage for your car plus an elevator that lets out by the condo's entrance.
The open floor plan of this condo is ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Each spacious room is beautifully appointed. The floorplan also offers maximum privacy between the entertaining areas and bedrooms/baths. The master bedroom is on a separate floor and has a king bed and luxury bath. Why the Owner Chose Mountain Village
Roy and I were touring Colorado one summer and by chance found Telluride. It was love at first sight. The next morning after our first night stay we went into a real estate office and said "We want to buy!" The summers are full lof hiking, fly fishing and festivals. The winters offer wonderful winter sports. The desert is close. We have actually stayed as long as three weeks without using a car! This is paradise!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Telluride is beautifully located for the "explorer" in us. Telluride is so very close the the four corners area where Utah, New Mexico, Arizona and Colorado meet. Arches National Park,Canyon Lands, Mesa Verde and the Black Canyon are only a small sample of the wonderful sights that are near Telluride. The summer are full of wild flowers and festivals. The winters are warm and cozy with great skiing. This is tops in destination travel.
Walk,bike,ski, or take the Gondola to the "beach" in the center of Mountain Village. EASY!

My husband,Roy,and I live in sunny South Florida. We have a real estate business here and are starting a new company with LED lighting servicing distrisbutors and representative of LED by obtaining funding for their customers. We both were active in real estate in the Washington DC community selling and building houses for several decades. We are a very active couple who love love fishing, boating, hiking, music and traveling. Our road trips througout Europe and the US have been fantastic. We are always accumulating new friends where ever we go.
