  This condo was the BEST! We are a family with small children, and we did not have to do without anything. The beach cart had everything we needed for the beach that you could want or need, and you can just leave it in a closet. This means less sand in the house. The condo itself was very clean and had a beautiful view of the bay. There is an excellent patio set to relax and enjoy coffee, breakfast, or wine, and watch the happenings on the bay. The beach itself is right across the street and an easy walk. The pool is an excellent addition, and was a fun place to sit and talk with other vacation goers staying in other condos. We did not want to leave and plan to stay with Sandy again, and again! Would recommend this condo to anyone!

  This is our 2nd year staying at this condo. We absolutely LOVE it and plan on returning next summer. The owner is super nice and everything you could need is available.

  This condo was perfect for my husband and daughter, and Sandy was absolutley wonderful to deal with and she was quick to respond both before and during our stay (we were there during the "earthquake" and hurricane evacuations, and we were able to get in touch with her easily and without issue). The views are fantastic, defintely worth the 3 floor walk up! And you can keep all beach things in the ground floor storage so there is no need to bring the sand inside. I would rent this again this year, however we are going with a bigger group! I also see from the updated pictures that there are new furnishings that can only make this a better place. Thank you Sandy for helping make our first family vacation a memorable one!

  The unit is lovely and very comfortable. Exactly as described. It was a pleasure having a cozy place to stay during our visit to Ocean City. We hope to stay there again next year. Sandy was very easy to work with and provided all the information we needed to get access. Thank you.

  My wife and I just got back from this beautiful condo. We stayed 3 nights for bike week. Cozy, Quiet and close to all the action! Just what we wanted. The covered parking was also a huge plus. We fit the car and the motorcycle in one spot. We will be staying again next year.

  Spent a long weekend here in June 2011, and were very pleased with both the location and quality of the condo. It has a great view of the bay, and is within walking distance of Fager's Island. Sandy was so easy to work with. We will definitely be coming back next summer!

  We were two mothers looking for a place to stay with our 12-year-old daughters for the BeachLax lacrosse tournament over the weekend. Cleanliness and comfort were most important! This condo was perfect!!! We loved the gorgeous view of the bay. We were within walking distance to the beach, shopping, and to Fagers Island. The condo had 2 full size beds in the bedroom and plenty of room for us to relax in the living room and kitchen. We were able to enjoy the deck at sunset and see the air show overhead! The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed and it was nice to know we had a stackable washer and dryer if we needed it. Sandy, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and she was extremely helpful with directions, key codes, and any other little detail we needed. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who doesn't want the traffic and noise of hotels and people running up and down the halls. I felt like I was in my own home at the beach. I give this clean condo a perfect 10!!!
