Convenient to everything in Steamboat! When staying at the Pines at Orehouse you can walk, ride your bike or take the FREE shuttle anywhere in town. You could go the entire week and never have to get behind the wheel of a car! The shuttle ride to go skiing takes less than 10 minutes (dropped off at gondola), You can walk to the movie theatre, grocery store, several restaurants, walk to the Yampa river/Fetcher pond to go fishing, ride your bike to the local trails, everything is easy to get to!
You are 1 mile from the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort. You can take the FREE shuttle to the ski mountain in less than 10 minutes!

I loved visiting Steamboat Springs so much after purchasing a condo at the Pines at Orehouse, that I decided to become a year round resident! So I can not only provide input towards the little things you wonder about . . . such as the best restaurants in town, but I can also give you a locals perspective on all the best places to fish, mountain bike, snowshoe, find the leftover powder stashes and all the other activities that keep people coming back to our Mountain town. Most importantly, you will also have someone locally to count on (via phone or at your doorstep) to ensure your vacation runs smoothly for you and your family!

Hi Brad, Your condo was amazing. The unit was very comfortable, clean and full of the latest amenities in interior design and appliances. We felt like we had just transferred from our home to this one. The location was perfect we were no more than 5 minutes from everything related to Steamboat. We had a wonderful time. The only suggestion I would make is you should put some better pictures up on the site or a virtual tour. The current pictures definitely do not do this place justice. Tx Michelle.

Brad, The condo was great! We would definitely stay at the Pines again - the Ski Haus for rentals, the free bus up the hill, convenient grocery stores, well-stocked kitchen... all made for a fun vacation. The directions to the place were specific and easy to follow, too.

What a great place! Just minutes from Mt Werner and downtown Steamboat. Accommodations and furnishings were everything we expected and more. I would recommend this property to anyone thinking of coming to Steamboat.

Exceeded our expectations. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and just a great atmosphere. We would rent again without hesitation! This was one rental certainly worth the price.
