My husband & I desired to rent a home in Ocean City where our whole family could come & relax. We had our 4 grown children & 1 guest come to this rental for one week. This home was the perfect choice for the 7 of us. The open floor plan allowed us to spend lots of quality time together. The kitchen, dining area, & living room are all joined together. One of the reasons I chose this home is because we really enjoy watching movies together on vacation. So many homes do not offer comfortable furniture in the living room area. This home has very comfortable leather sofas & a large leather chair. The deck was also a perfect place to visit or spend quiet time away from the rest of the family. This home is not really close to the beach, but it is on a very quiet street corner which made for a very relaxing stay. The kitchen was well stocked & the appliances worked well. The owner was very helpful to bring over a 9x13 cake pan that I needed! The beds were very comfortable & the bathrooms were extremely clean with nice upgrades. My family and I at stayed at this property from 8/22/09 -8/29/09 and will be going back this year (2011) for 2 weeks. The owners are very nice and accommodating. This house is wonderful, very clean and maintained and nicely decorated .Very quiet neighbor. Had alot of kitchen appliances and cookware. We enjoyed being able to walk to the downtown district for shopping when it wasn't a nice beach day. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who loves Ocean City, NJRecommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
