Wonderful experience at the Vacation Villa, lot's of room for our family. The pool was great and we really enjoyed the games room. Close to lot's of restaurants if you wanted to eat dinner out or the gas barbecue was nice for a stay at home dinner. Great time had by all.
Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We just returned from our wonderful vacation. This villa had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We used the pool everyday as the weather was perfect. It was nice to have a late evening swim before bed. The games room was great for my 12 year old grandson. The location was perfect for Disney, Sea World and just over an hours drive to Busch Gardens and Daytona beach. We would recomend this villa to anyone visiting the area. We certainly would return. My three children and I stayed here for one Month in January 2010. The pictures are acurate as to what the house looks like and everything you need is right there. The game room was great for the kids and adults as well. The children and I enjoyed taking a swim at night before bed to relax and just have some family time. This home is right down the road from The Outback, grocery store, Walgreens, Denny's and many more places. It is also close to Disney and about 15 minutes or so to Universal. The home was very clean and well maintained and any issues we had were taken care of right away. We will stay here again for sure.

Thank you Susan and Gordon!! We had a wonderful stay at your villa. The description in your listing and pictures were accurate. The villa was clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more! I knew we had picked the right home when the kids passed up the opportunity to go to the waterpark one day and said "mom, let's just stay HOME today, relax and enjoy the pool". This was our "everything but Disney" trip. We visited a local produce farm to pick our own oranges, visited the Space Kennedy Centre, Cocoa Beach, Universal Studios, Seaworld, and of course, the highlight of our trip was the opportunity to attend Space Shuttle Discovery's launch on February 24th. Amazing experience!!! Really enjoyed being able to come home, put the kids to bed and relax by the pool with a glass of wine. Would absolutely recommend renting from Susan and Gordon! Very pleasant and easy to deal with.

Our family, including kids age 7, 5, and 2 and grandparents, really enjoyed the accommodations at the villa. The villa was very convenient to the Disney parks as well as local shopping and dining. It was very clean, well maintained, and had everything we could want. It was certainly much better than staying in a hotel. We appreciated having the many amenities like air hockey, a pool table, cable tv, dvd movies, and a high chair. We started our day with a leisurely homemade breakfast. Then, after a long day at the parks, we would look forward to returning to the villa for some relaxing down time, especially after we put the kids to bed. We look forward to our next vacation in Orlando and we certainly want to rent your villa again.

Hola, desde Chile, les quiero contar que pasamos 15 maravillosos días en Orlando (Febrero 2010), somos una familia de 7 personas, mi marido y yo, más nuestros 5 hijos. La casa de Gordon es estupenda, además de ser muy pero muy cómoda y segura, está muy cerca de los parques y atracciones que asistimos, fuimos a todos los de Disney, más los 2 de Universal, Sea World y también NASA. Insisto, una excelente casa con todas las entretenciones y comodidades para los niños y nosotros.

The villa was wonderful! Extremely close to Disney, but in a very quiet neighborhood. The location made it a very relaxing experience, as we went to the parks in the morning and came back to the house to relax by the pool during the hottest time of the day before returning to Disney in the evenings. The home is very spacious, with more than enough room for one family (2 adults, 2 kids), but would easily fit two families with ease. The second bedroom with a private bath makes this perfect for that purpose. Very clean, and well maintained property. Would highly recommend!

This villa has everything you could want for an excellent Florida holiday. It easily accomodated two families in very comfortable bedrooms and living areas, as well as having a well equipped kitchen (not that we did much cooking). With the added benefits of a lovely pool and outside seating area, as well a games room what more could you want! The location is perfect for Disney and we would stay there again without hesitation.
