Wonderful home-base for exploring Paris

The location is perfect for an authentic experience of life in Paris -- not in the midst of tourist land, but plenty of things to explore, including a walkable distance to Pere Lachaise, and a short transit ride to anywhere in Paris, thanks to being near a major transit hub. Benoit is a peerless landlord, full of helpful information that made our stay smoother. The apartment is well appointed and close to the all important boulangerie and a market for fresh veggies and fruit as needed. Great restaurants in the area as well. Ten out of ten !

Perfect stay in Paris!

We could not have loved Benoît's studio more. It was incredibly spacious and very well-appointed. Everything I could have imagined needing was provided - various toiletries, hairdryer, clothes drying rack, basic pantry items, candies, outlet converters, and more. Benoît has truly thought of everything. He greeted us warmly, provided great restaurant and shop recommendations, and followed up during our stay with additional tips. And then when we had a late train out of the city, he gave us a late check out. The studio is conveniently located on major metro lines, too. I will definitely be staying here next time I visit Paris!

Lovely studio

A delightful studio, the pictures look exactly like the space. Comfortable and cheerful quarters. We could have easily booked a month in this one location. Good neighborhood a little bit outside the hustle and bustle...of high tourist season. Super easy access re: bus and metro, the area has lots to offer: Printemps Department store, brasseries, good restaurants and the big park Vincennes is about 15 minutes on the train. Benoit is a fantastic host who went above and beyond making sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely keep the apartment on our list of places.

Great stay

Fabulous host and unit. Not far from the city in Nation but easy to get in. Metro close by. Benoit is perfect host and was always there for us from check in to check out. If you want a Parisian experience, this is for you.

Fantastic stay in perfect location

Benoit was very helpful with any questions that we had! I loved the quiet neighborhood but still very close to two metro stops! It felt like we were living in Paris for the short visit that we were there. The bed was very comfortable, the view was fabulous, and Benoit was a fantastic host! I hope to be back someday!
